When love finds its voice John 3:16 & John 21:20
Love is not what we define as love. God is love and He defines love. For us to understand Chav, or love that exists regardless of our opinions. Love exists but cannot sing unless it is reciprocated. Today, we discover that love is very different than what Tina Turner told us. Love is not a second hand emotion. God is never Willy-nilly about His love. God chose to love us even while we were still sinners and rebellious. He wants love to be complete in us - to sing over us! That requires our response to the Love of God. The fruit of love is obedience. You have to choose what you will do with Jesus Christ. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

The talk vs the walk Matthew 22:1-12, James 1:22-25
Jesus addresses the religious leaders of the day with some harsh language. He speaks to the people about being a doer of the word and not just a hearer. Like Smoke in a Chimney Hosea 13 -Part 14
Do you ever think about the people you have influence over in your life? And do you ever consider the influence of the people you hang out with upon your life? These are the pressing questions we are drawing from this chapter today in this sermon. Do you want to leave a living legacy for your children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren that is stored up in heaven or on this earth? Jesus reminds us that all treasures pilled up here in this world are temporary and will burn and fade away. But He tells us the treasure laid up in heaven will last forever and rust and moths cannot enter to corrupt. Who you serve will determine how you will be remembered by those around you in your garden of influence. Be who God wants you to be! Let you light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:16) Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Why do we look to things to satisfy? God is enough Hosea 12 (Part 13)
The title of this sermon may not do justice to the message behind the word God has for us today. It may bring us into a thought process but perhaps not a heart change. The Lord desires our hearts to be truly changed and transformed daily. To be daily moved into the perfection of a mature follower of Christ every day of our lives. Hosea 12 is a calling for us to return back to the Lord & His ways, precepts, and observances of His commands. Jesus said if you love me then obey My commands. The Lord is calling us all back to true repentance of looking for things to fill us and bring satisfaction. All these things are like grasping at the wind. All temporal & materialistic things are empty and foolish. Come & hear God’s calling upon your life to return back to Him. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Loving FATEHR & Reluctant judge Hosea 11
Do you know how much the Father loves you? Come and hear His loving compassion upon His children. But also understand that with His love comes His justice. Because our God is a loving and just Father, sin has a price! Romans tells us that the wages of sin is death. And our Loving Father sent His Son Jesus to be our propitiation for our debt that we could not pay. But we must repent of our sin & humble ourselves before a Holy Father who desires to give us a blessing & His goodness over curses & judgment. Let us allow our Heavenly Father transform us into the image of Son. It is His desire for us. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Pride is not a celebration -Hosea 10
In a time where sin is celebrated and that which is evil is called good and that which is good is called evil, God’s voice speaks and is more relevant than ever. Hosea speaks not only to Israel and Judah, but to us today as well. Pride is not a celebration! Man’s pride has been around since the beginning of the fall of mankind. Hosea addresses what gets them into their prideful arrogance and today we break down the chapter to hear from God. The Lord God wants us to be surrendered and humble. He wants us to be courageously obedient to His ways and His word. For our God is a consuming fire and desires nothing before Him or over Him. Come and hear the word of God and allow the Holy Spirit to move you and change you. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

Part 10 Talking without proof; fruitless Hosea 9
When a tree is saying that is ready for harvest we go pick the harvest. When we talk a good like we have religion but our actions do not back that up, then we are thrown into the fire. Why? Because a fruitless tree is good for nothing. Jesus cursed a fig tree that gave off the impression it had fruit ready to eat, but when He got close and looked upon it, it had none. In Hosea 9, God speaks out against Israel for the same thing that Jesus cursed the fig tree for. There are principal truths that we ought to gather and apply in our life today. Come and hear what God’s word speaks about those who are talking without proof & are fruitless. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

(Part 9) You will reap what you sow - Hosea 8
Many of us have heard ‘you reap what you sow. But how many of us truly have considered what it means? Come hear the hard truth of sowing to the wind and what one will reap who sows to the wind. God doesn’t want us to disqualify ourselves from His kingdom. But the hard truth is many are choosing that direction in this life today. The good news of Jesus Christ brings us the hope that we can choose not to disqualify ourselves, if we will abide in Him & pursue Him first in our life. Today we look into Hosea 8 and learn from the hard-hearted children of Israel & Judah, and what not to do. Come and hear the word of the Lord. Hosted on Acast. God’s Way is better (Part 8) Hosea 7
Hosea speaks God’s word against Israel and Judah here and there are issues within His spoken word about their unrepentant heart. Come and hear with an open heart these 5 issues that God gave me to pull out from Hosea 7. Are you attempting to come to a Holy God without repentance? Do you think you can enter the kingdom of God on your own merit? God addresses these and more in this chapter. He is ready to pour Himself upon us, but it requires you to come with humility and brokenness of heart. It requires you to surrender you to His will and Way. To choose Him and His new mind, new heart, and new path. We cannot enter the goodness of God when we continue to dwell in our sin and rebellion toward Jesus Christ. Hosted on Acast.
