How my first twin home birth transfer to c-section GLITCHED the MF matrix
In this episode I recap my twin boy's birth story as they turn 5 today and then I glitch thew whole mother fucking matrix as I showcase why autonomous motherhood is REQUIRED in this world full of hate & evil. This is for the women who are AWAKE, waking up, or wanting to wake up to the TRUTH. She wants to make decisions that contradict the narrative, go against the grain, buck the systems, and break the matrix. She wants shared value, zero judgement support while she generates the courage to do the SCARY SHIT her intuition is requiring her to do. That's when she hires the Intuition Doula, and joins my program The Autonomous Mother. https://www.taylornosakhere.com/the-autonomous-mother If she needs to dip her toe in she snags the private podcast How the Fuck to Trust Yourself https://www.taylornosakhere.com/how-the-f-to-trust-yourself

THIS is what happens when you TRUST- Real time example of me making NEXT BEST steps
A real time example of trusting my intuition in a very public way. In this episode, I share the story behind changing the name of my four week coaching container midway through launching it, why action creates clarity, and how trusting yourself sometimes means changing things publicly. This episode walks through my pivot, rebrand, and rebirth, the confirmations that kept showing up, and why being in control is about being in control of your choices, not outcomes. I talk about messaging, decision making, outsourcing support, and why waiting for clarity before taking action keeps you stuck. If you are learning how to trust yourself, make decisions without regret, stop outsourcing your power, and live by your own rules, this episode will resonate. If you loved this episode you will LOVE my private podcast series "How the Fuck to trust Yourself" Get it here! Why I'm the coach who WILL hold your hand & why I no longer think that's a "bad thing"
This quickie episode is my take on "hand holding" as a coach and the stigma it has in the coaching industry but why I won't subscribe to that. They way I "hold your hand" is different, and I'm done shaming myself for supporting clients the way I was meant to. Taking CHARGE of decisions- Part 2- Finding Creative Solutions Instead of Letting Circumstances Run Your Life
This episode is a follow-up to the last one — so if you haven’t listened yet, go back and start there. In the previous episode, I shared how I was actively choosing to take control of my decisions in real time instead of letting my circumstances dictate my life — specifically navigating business growth, motherhood, and having no consistent childcare for my almost two-year-old.In this episode, I share what happened after I recorded that conversation — and how one simple, intuitive decision completely shifted my reality. What This Episode CoversFeeling claustrophobic in your own life and NOT letting circumstances take the driver’s seatRunning myself through my own process instead of staying stuck in victim modeWhy my brain convinced me childcare was “impossible” — even though I’ve made it work beforeHow verbally processing with trusted friends unlocked a solution I couldn’t see aloneThe moment I realized I could trade childcare for coaching — and why my brain resisted that ideaHow sneaky limiting beliefs hide even when you know your service is valuableTrusting yourself in the micro decisions that shape your entire lifeI also announced the pre-launch of my 4 week Live Experience Claustrophobic to In Control that is available NOW for pre-sale HERE - We kick off early next year! REAL TIME example of how I take CHARGE of my decisions on micro level- PART 1
What does it actually look like to live as the intuition vigilante of your own life — in real time?In this episode, I walk you through exactly how I choose autonomy when my circumstances feel like they’re running the show. From building a business while parenting a wild toddler, managing a household, and healing grief, to feeling stuck in the chicken-before-the-egg loop of childcare and money, I break down how I use my own framework to move from spiraling to self-trust.This episode is about validating how hard it actually is, reconnecting with your intuition, taking radical self-accountability, and making the next best decision — even when life feels out of control. If you’re a mother who wants to trust herself more than anyone else in the room, break societal rules, and create an autonomous life rooted in intuition, this episode will show you what that work looks like on a micro level — not just the highlight reel.Follow me on IG and join my broadcast channel for behind the scenes + first chances to join offers. My 4 week Live experience is going on pre-sale soon!!! What is actually REQUIRED for REBIRTH- my analogy
In this episode, I break down the rebirth analogy:Behind you is the cozy ass womb — dark, warm, safe, everything you need, never hungry, never needing to breathe on your own.In front of you is the outside world — life, possibility, excitement, unknown, scary, bright lights, cold, hot. You’re outgrowing the womb. It’s getting uncomfortable even though it feels safe to your nervous system.NOW You have to choose:Stay in the comfort zone where you’ve always beenOr go through the fucking birth canal and into the life you actually wantRebirth requires:Labor, contractions, squeezing, discomfortTackling limiting beliefsRewiring subconscious programmingRegulating your nervous systemBeing willing to feel the feelingsTrusting the inner knowing — the voice of the divine, the Creator, GodDoing the thing that scares the shit out of youMaking the hard decisions + setting the boundariesOnce you’re reborn, you’ll have to:Learn to breathe on your ownLearn to walk, talk, communicateInteract, take risks, feel all the feelingsActually live — fully, freely, autonomouslyWhat keeps most women stuck:Wanting to run back into the wombTrying to stall laborProdromal labor / start-stop growthStaying in what’s known even when it’s not alignedWhat you really want:To be an active participant in your lifeTo be in the driver’s seatTo feel free, fulfilled, excitedTo experience the life you can feel pulling at youThis is the work we do together:I doula you through the laborI guide you through the discomfort + the rebirthI help you get to the other side of the birth canalI hold space, validate, push you when needed, and remind you of what’s waiting for youYou don’t have to do this alone:We aren’t meant to birth aloneWe aren’t meant to rebirth ourselves alone eitherIf you’re ready to be reborn:Follow me on Instagram & DM me and tell me what you’re thinking + feelingJoin my broadcast channel there too! intuitionintuition in motherhoodtrusting your intuitioninner knowinginner voicevoice of the divinerebirthintuition rebirthrebirth processcomfort zoneleaving the comfort zonenervous system safetynervous system regulationsubconscious programmingrewiring limiting beliefswomen’s intuitionmotherhood identity shiftfeeling blocked from intuitionhearing the whisperfollowing the nudgeself trustradical self trustautonomyradical autonomybeing in the driver’s seatbeing an active participant in your lifedoing the hard thingsbirth canal analogylabor and contractions metaphordoula supportintuition rebirth doularebirth into a new identitybirth metaphorpersonal rebirthwomen who feel stuckwomen who outgrew their lifepodcast for motherswomen’s empowermentself trust in motherhoodinner wisdomfeeling claustrophobic in your lifefeeling guided by Godintuition as the voice of Godsoul missionsoul contractfulfilling your purposeinner transformationmotherhood transformationwomen who want morebreaking out of the wombchoosing courage

Not your "fluffy" version of INTUITION-the 3 ways I see women NOT acting on Intuition
Today’s episode is a full-on riff about self trust and intuition — because this is literally the foundation for everything I do. Obviously. The podcast is called The Intuition Vigilante Podcast. I’m calling myself the Intuition Rebirth Guide. That’s not for shits and giggles. It’s not because the word is trendy. Intuition is everything to me.I break down what I believe intuition actually is — not just instincts, not just that inner voice that talks to you, but I believe intuition is the voice of God, the divine, Source, Creator, universe… whatever higher power you believe in. Your inner knowing is how God communicates with you. It’s how He guides you through His plan for you. Your intuition is the force leading you toward your soul mission, your destiny, your soul contract. From there, I talk about where most women in my world are right now when it comes to intuition. There are three places I see:1️⃣ The blocked womanShe’s not trusting herself at all. She doesn’t even know how to access her intuition. She can’t hear it — it feels cut off or blocked. Most likely because of trauma, grief, or her identity shifting when she became a mom. Motherhood rocked her world and flipped everything on its head.2️⃣ The woman who hears the whisper but can’t discern itShe hears the nudges, but she’s like:“Is this my intuition?”“Is this something I saw online?”“Is this fear?”“Is this a trend?”She can’t tell what’s intuition and what’s subconscious programming, what’s a limiting belief, what’s fear trying to stop her, or what’s her intuition telling her to avoid something.3️⃣ The woman who knows exactly what her intuition is saying — and ignores it, shoves it down & is afraid to act on it. She hears it. She knows it’s talking to her. She can discern it.And she is actively pushing it away because it would require her to do uncomfortable shit: set boundaries, lose friendships, make big changes, disappoint people, deal with fallout, disrupt her whole life.So she avoids it — and that’s what keeps her unhappy, claustrophobic, and feeling like life is just happening to her.And honestly, if you’re listening to this, you’re probably in category two or three. Maybe sometimes category one, but most of the time you hear the whisper — you’re just not trusting it or acting on it.I give a big examples of this in the episode. I break down the three stages we move through:hearing the nudge → discerning the nudge → acting on the nudge. And all three have their own challenges. This is what I help women with inside my programs (coming soon). Self trust is not always easy. Following your intuition is not always easy. Discerning it is not always easy. This is what I’m here for.Follow me on Instagram, send me a DM and tell me what you thought of the episode.

What the F Intuition Vigilante means & WHY I chose this name for the podcast
In today’s episode, I’m addressing the elephant in the room — why the hell I chose to name this podcast The Intuition Vigilante Podcast and what that identity actually means.I break down the real definitions behind intuition and vigilante, what these words feel like in my body and what they mean for women and mothers who are done living by man-made rules, systems, narratives, and the motherfucking matrix.I talk about intuition as the voice of the divine — the way God/Source/Creator speaks through us. I share why I believe following that inner knowing is how you fulfill your mission on this planet… and why most women don’t trust that voice yet. This episode is your first look into my thought process, my mission, and the identity I’m here to help you birth — the identity of the Intuition Vigilante, the woman who listens to divine guidance and actually acts on it, even when it's scary as hell.Come follow me on Instagram and tell me what you think!! Saying "NO" to the life you're told you're destined to live w/ Samy Aberasturi
This conversation was PACKED with so many great lessons and messages about living life on your terms and refusing to life the life society and your family say you're destined for. Samy did NOT settle for less with her health, her kid's health, or her any other decision regarding her family. We talk a lot about her journey with hashimoto's disease (and her group coaching program for other women dealing with it) , how she advocated for her health, went against the gran with her medically challenged children, AND decided to homeschool her kids. This is such an informative episode on these topics, along with inspirational to do life your way regardless of what the people around you say you should do. Never stop fighting for what you know is right for YOU! Samy sure didn't! When failure is NOT an option w/Vanessa Monique
Vanessa found a way to turn every excuse in the book into her drive. She became a mother earlier than most, but from the beginning was determined to do motherhood her way. She refused to be a statistic and would even repeat to herself, “Failure is not an option” when things got hard. She not only finished high school and graduated college, but she went on to become a nurse and an IBCLC, as well as an entrepreneur determined to diversify her income and keep things fun along the way. Her story of determination and grit is a powerful one for all moms listening, including myself. We talked about ⬇️➡️the challenges of being a single mom while working a full-time job while also building your business on the side➡️how sometimes your business does have to take a backseat, and knowing when and how to prioritize ➡️the importance of prenatal breast-feeding education.➡️the link between breast-feeding and mental health.➡️learning how to stay in your lane and not compare your journey to everybody else’s around you who has different circumstances than you.➡️🔥🔥We also dove into her personal experience with depression. She shared so candidly and vulnerably it gave me chills! A MUST LISTEN! Finding support as a “scrunchy” mom
When you fall in the middle on topics, especially related to how you manage your health (and in turn your pregnancy) it can be hard to know where you fit it. It can feel like judgement and unsolicited advice is coming at you at every turn. You may not know who to talk to or how to navigate it. In this episode I give examples of how many of my past clients have fallen in the middle ground of wanting unconventional choices while weaving them in with medical options. I talk about the type community you will find within my program The Crib, or even in my DMs if that's all you need:) Head to IG to vent and have a listening ear, OR click the link HERE to learn all about The Crib and the full spectrum individualized support you will receive there. Not pregnant, but a mom who would consider herself "scrunchy", in the middle, and/or in need of a nonjudgemental community of moms? Narrating Your Own Stories w/ Pelvic PT Kelsey Beach
This one got FIREY and JUICY! Kelsey has strong opinions and soap boxes about mainstream mom culture just like I do, so I LOVED chatting with her! In this conversation we definitely dropped some f-bombs as we got fired up about the following topics: Being a mom who owns a business, not a business owner who is a mom- never apologizing for being a mom first The huge gap in education during pregnancy about what is physiologically happening Against bounce back culture- realistic postpartum goals Putting blinders on to all the noise on social media and being weary of trusting black and white statements like "Kegels don't work" when individualized care is required. So much pelvic PT tips and info Not being narrator of your own story is when things feel less magical- in birth and life It's okay to not be good at everything, everyday:) Kelsey is a firecracker and amazing mom and business woman! Go find her at https://www.encoretherapykc.com/ or her social media HERE Share this episode with a friend who needs to hear it, and come over to IG to let me know what you thought of the episode.

Moms! Get back in the Driver's Seat of your Health w/ Nutrition Therapist Whitney Martin
Whitney is a firm believer that if mom is feeling better she can show up better for her kids. She is a Master Nutrition Therapist specializing in all things related to gut and hormone health. She uses personalized coaching and lab testing to help women feel empowered over their health, level up their energy, and feel more confident in their skin! SOOO many women are writing off their symptoms as "normal" due to being a mom. They are also getting "normal" panels back from their doctors which perpetuates the problem. In this conversation we dive deep into the following: Whitney's story and why she switched career paths and is so passionate about this work Typical lab testing is designed to diagnose disease and prescribe meds, NOT get to root cause and fix Conventional rages vs functional ranges vs optimal Her services and how they work- designed to work them out of a job- aka not needing them forever- the OPPOSITE of the traditional medical model Clients saying things like "FINALLY, someone who takes the time to listen to me" Red flags moms should look for to know when to seek help and what's outside of "normal" for mom life. There is never a good time to DO THE WORK to get healthier, BUT doing so will ultimately allow you to show up best for your family. If you are a mom, you don't want to miss this one. EVEN IF, you feel good currently, there is so much to know and be aware of. Find Whitney on IG HERE If anything from this conversation resonates with you and you are interested in working together, please fill out the inquiry form linked below. https://l.bttr.to/ifGsp As always, shoot me a DM HERE and let me know your thoughts on the episode. Kelly is SO passionate about her work as a nurse in the labor and delivery department in a hospital. She is determined to individualize care for her clients, and to coach other nurses to do the same. She even started her own podcast to help spread the word called "Birth Journey's Podcast" that I was so fortunate to interview on. In our conversation we talk about the following + more: Helping moms have less traumatic births in the hospital setting How expectations and knowledge is KEY The NEED for providers to individualize care How birth is not always medical Her personal birth story and why it got her so passionate about this Relative risk vs actual risk The real problem is the lack of choice Processing birth trauma Getting the best support for your hospital birth Best ways to prepare for YOUR birth This is a juicy one and I can't wait to hear what you think! Making unconventional birth choices does not have to be hard, scary, or overwhelming
This week sharing another LIVE I did on IG. If you are wanting to make unconventional choices this pregnancy and birth and it feels hard, you are in the right place! Here are 3 things you can do NOW to add ease to the process. 1. Find someone you can talk to about your past birth experience or fears coming up for you (my DMs are always open) who will actually listen. Who will encourage you to feel the hard parts and won't make you feel shame or guilt for those feelings. Who wont brush them off or make you feel crazy for thinking them. Who will FINALLY make you feel seen and validated in what happened or what you are feeling. 2. Get clear on how you want to FEEL this time. Do this before you dive into the tangible decisions or write the “plan”- I have an amazing free list of journal prompts to help you here. 3. Familiarize yourself with options- conventional and unconventional. Learn the terms/words so instead of “not knowing what you don’t know”, you at least know what you need more info on! I created a list to get you started that is also in the bundle mentioned above. If you are wanting more support and PERSONALIZED guidance through all of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, I highly recommend applying for my coaching program The Crib. Learn more about The Crib HERE and apply! If nothing else, make sure you are following me on IG HERE and DM me so I can get to know you better:) Chatting with you all is seriously what keeps me doing this work.

Recorded an IG live to share with you here on the podcast. These are likely not the success stories you would expect. Sharing parts of client birth stories that I felt SO GRATEFUL to be a part of. Ditching Parenting Advice & Relying on Community- Insights from Perinatal Therapist Stephanie Risinger
Though mental health importance is rising in our culture, there is still an idea that moms are supposed to handle ALL THE THINGS with grace and ease. We are missing the community aspect of relying on each other because there is still shame around needing help. I chat with Stephanie about all this and more, including things like -How do you know if you have "normal" anxiety or need to bring in added help (aka a therapist) -How she lets go of the "shoulds" in motherhood -Prioritizing support over all the fancy baby stuff -Her new passion for equipping/training other professionals new moms are utilizing to see the signs of mood disorders and know how to make proper referrals. Check out all she has to offer on her Website and follow her on IG to see what she is up to!! Hop over to my IG and let me know what you thought of the episode!

Trusting her intuition to do things differently with Lisa Augi
Got to chat with Lisa about her 2 VERY different birth experiences, why she made different choices this time, and how her sharing authentically is helping other women step into their inner knowing as well. Such a good listen if you are a birth story junkie or pregnant and need to hear: 1. A positive beautiful pregnancy, birth and postpartum experience following a birth that was not ideal (though may have looked good on paper) 2. Insight on making choices that are not the standard Of course we also get briefly into her journey as an entrepreneur and the juggle that is business owning as a mom. (one of my fave things to talk about as you all know!) Follow Lisa and grab all the goods from her on her IG https://www.instagram.com/authentically.augi/ She is an amazing resource on fitness, nutrition, mompreneurship, and online biz building!

Stop saying yes to all the holiday shit you don't care about. Do what YOU want in Q4.
SO many moms fill their calendars this time of year with shit they don't actually like doing, feel obligated to do, stress them out, and deplete them. Not to mention, these are likely things their kids don't actually care about either, OR their kids have come to expect because you set the bar too damn high. This episode dives into aligning your Q4 and holiday plans with things you actually care about and bring you joy, and leaving the rest. Who gives an F what the mom on IG is doing (when you are only seeing the good she shows you). Fuck the FOMO, shoulds and supposed to's! I got you! This was the topic in my private mom membership this week, and we hashed it out and discussed it as a group. You could be in on the next convo;) Join the "Moms that say Fuck"- life and mindset coaching membership for moms HERE

Sometimes you have to be a lil naughty:)-sometimes feeling naughty as I tell pregnancy truths
I posted a reel last week that gives this slightly more context. Go watch HERE I expand on it in this episode. I talk about how having to teach moms and share on my platforms the "dirty secrets" about the birth world, does not mean I am "anti" anything (ie interventions, hospitals, OBs). It simply means we HAVE to be aware. I have a goal in my content and my program to build awareness and tell hard truths without instilling more fear and overwhelm, while also meeting each mom where she is at in her journey. I also empathize with each individual's circumstances and help solidify their ability to trust themselves above all else. Want to know more about how we can work together (free and paid) click HERE
