Compel Them to Believe | Given by Missionary Wesley Lane
The church is the only organization tasked with carrying the message of salvation to a lost world, yet we often lack the urgency needed for this mission. Jesus' parable of the great supper in Luke 14 shows us that when people reject the gospel invitation, we shouldn't give up but become more aggressive in reaching others. Too many Christians approach evangelism timidly, asking rather than confidently telling people they need Jesus. If every Christian won just one person to Christ each year, the entire world could be reached within 30 years. We must stop making excuses and start approaching soul winning with the urgency that eternal consequences demand.

God Is Able To Call & Grow His Church | Given by Pastor Luke Shope | Ephesians 4
Ephesians 4 marks a crucial shift from understanding what God has done for us to how we should respond. Walking worthy of our calling means our daily conduct should balance the weight of our Christian identity. Unity in the church is protected through four essential character traits: humility, meekness, patience, and forbearing in love. This unity is grounded in seven foundational truths including one body, one Spirit, and one Lord. Christ gives grace and gifts to every believer, not just leaders, enabling the entire body to function and grow. The goal is spiritual maturity where truth and love work together, with every member contributing to the body's growth under Christ as head.

The Cowardly Judge and the Sovereign Savior Part 2 | Given by Pastor Luke Shope | John 19
Pilate's fear intensified when the Jews declared Jesus was the Son of God, leading to one of history's most dramatic courtroom scenes. Despite knowing Jesus was innocent, Pilate chose political security over truth when threatened with losing Caesar's favor. Jesus remained silent, fulfilling prophecy, because Pilate had already rejected the truth presented to him. This pivotal moment reveals that neutrality toward Christ is impossible - we either stand with Him or against Him. The same Jesus who stood bound before Pilate's judgment seat will one day sit on the eternal judgment seat where all humanity must appear.

God: Who Is He? Part 1 | Given by Pastor Luke Shope | Foundations Series
Understanding who God is forms the foundation of everything we believe about life, truth, and purpose. God is eternal, meaning He has always existed and always will exist - He had no beginning and will have no end. As the great I AM, God never learns anything new, never changes, and has always known you personally. God is also the Creator who made everything from nothing, speaking all of existence into being. This means you are not an accident but were created on purpose, for a purpose. Since God is your Creator, you belong to Him and have inherent worth and significance that no circumstance can diminish.

God Is Able to Do Exceeding Abundantly | Given by Pastor Luke Shope | Ephesians 3
When we reach the end of our own strength and abilities, we discover a profound truth: God is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think. Paul's prayer in Ephesians 3 teaches us to approach God with reverence, seeking strength for our inner man through the Holy Spirit. Christ desires to dwell permanently in every area of our hearts, not just visit as a guest. We are called to be rooted and grounded in God's love, which has four dimensions that surpass human understanding. This divine power is actively working in believers right now, ready to exceed both our prayers and our imagination.

The Cowardly Judge and the Exalted Christ - Part 1 | Given by Pastor Luke Shope | John 19
In John 19, we witness more than a Roman trial - we see the courtroom of eternity where divine authority confronts political power. Pilate, despite his earthly authority, trembles before Jesus, who remains sovereignly in control even while bound. When Pilate asks about Jesus' origin, Christ's silence reveals a crucial principle: light rejected limits further light. Jesus reminds Pilate that all authority comes from God, while pointing to Caiaphas as bearing greater guilt due to his greater spiritual knowledge. This passage warns against religious familiarity without genuine surrender and challenges us to obey the truth God has already revealed rather than seeking more signs.

God Is Able to Reveal His Purpose | Given by Pastor Luke Shope | Ephesians 3
The Apostle Paul, writing from prison, reveals how God makes His purpose known to believers through three primary methods. First, God reveals His purpose through His Word, which unveils grace, provides complete revelation, and produces understanding when we actively engage with Scripture. Second, God uses preaching that operates through the Spirit's power, demonstrates humility, and brings illumination rather than mere information. Third, God reveals His purpose through the church, which serves as His showpiece displaying His manifold wisdom to both earthly and heavenly realms. Understanding God's purpose transforms how we view adversity, giving meaning to our struggles and courage for our journey. When we grasp why we're here and what God is accomplishing through us, it brings everything into proper perspective.

The Hour Has Come Part 3 | Given by Pastor Luke Shope | John 19
In John 19:6-8, religious leaders who should have recognized Jesus as the Messiah instead demanded His crucifixion, fulfilling ancient prophecies about the builders rejecting the cornerstone. When Pilate presented the beaten Jesus to the crowd, their response was not compassion but violent rage, demonstrating that righteousness will never be in the majority on earth. The collision of corrupt motives - Jewish leaders with hatred but no authority, and Pilate with authority but no courage - led to innocent suffering. When political charges failed, the religious leaders brought a new accusation that Jesus made Himself the Son of God, which terrified Pilate because he couldn't control divine intervention. The greatest truth Jesus ever spoke was treated as His greatest crime, revealing how people can trust God's law while failing to trust God Himself.

God Is Able to Unite What Was Divided | Given by Pastor Luke Shope | Ephesians 2:11-22
Unity is never neutral - it always has an object we're being asked to rally around. The world calls for unity around tolerance, love, and peace, but these are conditional and temporary. True unity can only be built on Jesus Christ. In Ephesians 2:11-22, Paul shows how Christ broke down the wall of division between Jews and Gentiles through His blood. Before Christ, we were strangers without hope, but now we are brought near and made fellow citizens in God's household. Unity in the body of Christ is not optional - it's something Christ purchased at the cross, not something we manufacture through shared opinions or social movements.

The Hour Has Come Part 2 | Given by Pastor Luke Shope | John 19
This sermon examines John 19:2-5, focusing on the coronation and humiliation of Jesus Christ following His scourging. The pastor emphasizes that the crown of thorns was not hastily placed but carefully 'plaited' or woven by soldiers who took time to craft this instrument of mockery. The thorns, connected to the curse in Genesis 3:18, symbolically represent Christ bearing our curse. While the soldiers thought they were mocking a fake king, they were actually crowning the true King with a victor's crown - one earned through suffering rather than inherited through birth. The purple robe further emphasized their unintentional prophecy of His true kingship. The sermon challenges believers to examine whether they dress Jesus up as king while resisting His lordship in their lives, and concludes with Pilate's presentation of the beaten Christ as 'the man' - our representative who bore humanity's curse.

God Is Able to Save Completely | Given by Pastor Luke Shope | Ephesians 2
Ephesians 2:1-10 reveals the complete transformation that occurs in salvation. Before Christ, we were spiritually dead, living under the influence of Satan and driven by our corrupt nature. We were children of wrath by nature, completely unable to save ourselves. But God, rich in mercy and great in love, interrupted our hopeless condition. He made us alive together with Christ, raised us up, and seated us in heavenly places. Salvation comes by grace through faith alone, not by works, so no one can boast. We are God's workmanship, created for the good works He has prepared for us to walk in.

The Hour Has Come Part 1 | Given by Pastor Luke Shope | John 19
John 19 reveals the brutal reality of Christ's scourging before His crucifixion. Pilate, trying to appease the crowd while maintaining his conscience, ordered Jesus to be beaten hoping it would satisfy their bloodlust. The scourging involved leather whips embedded with spikes and bone that tore flesh from victims, often killing them before crucifixion. This wasn't mere discipline but violent punishment meant to substitute for our sins. Jesus endured this injustice so that when God disciplines His children today, it comes from love rather than wrath. Because Christ absorbed God's judgment, believers never face punitive punishment but only loving correction that proves their adoption as God's children.

God Is Able to Choose and Adopt | Given by Pastor Luke Shope | January 4th AM
Paul's letter to the Ephesians begins with a powerful reminder of our identity in Christ. Written to believers in a wealthy but spiritually lost city, this letter reveals that Christians are chosen, adopted, and secure in God's family. God's purpose in choosing us isn't favoritism but holiness - He didn't choose us because we're holy, but so we would become holy. Through spiritual adoption, we receive a new identity, inheritance, and irrevocable place in God's family. Election is relational, not abstract - if you're in Christ, you're chosen and secure.

God Was With Them | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Throughout history, believers have faced opposition for their faith, yet what makes biblical heroes remarkable is their unwavering faithfulness with God by their side. Daniel continued praying despite laws against it, ultimately influencing King Darius to honor God. Stephen boldly preached truth even as it cost him his life, seeing Jesus standing for him in his final moments. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refused to bow to an idol, declaring their trust in God regardless of whether He rescued them from the fiery furnace. These stories remind us that God doesn't always remove trials, but He always walks through them with us, using our faithfulness to influence others.

God Finishes What He Starts | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Deuteronomy 3 reveals how God enabled Israel to defeat Og king of Bashan, a giant with fortified cities, demonstrating that God always finishes what He starts. Unlike humans who often abandon projects midway, God completes His work in our lives. When facing new battles, we can proceed without fear, knowing God has already determined the victory. Our victories are God's doing, not our own strength. Even when facing impossible situations like Og's intimidating size, we can trust that God will complete His purposes in our lives, just as Philippians 1:6 promises.

Why The Local Church Matters to God and You | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
The local church is a divine institution established by God Himself, not a human invention. Founded by Christ as stated in Matthew 16:18, the church serves as both the foundation and support for truth in a relativistic world. It provides essential spiritual growth through leaders who equip believers for ministry and service. Christians need consistent, accountable connections to a church body to thrive spiritually, much like trees need to be deeply planted rather than merely potted. The ultimate purpose of the church is to bring glory to God through believers serving, forgiving, and loving one another.

Sorrow Turned Into Joy | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Jesus prepared His disciples for His death and resurrection by explaining that their sorrow would be temporary and would transform into joy. Using the analogy of childbirth, He taught that pain often precedes the greatest blessings. While we may not understand God's plan in difficult seasons, we're called to trust Him rather than complain. True joy differs from happiness—it's rooted in Christ, not circumstances, making it unshakable even in suffering. Our current trials have an expiration date, and when we reach eternity, our earthly sorrows will be forgotten in heaven's perfect joy.

You Are Not Alone | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Life transitions often bring grief that can cloud our spiritual vision, as Jesus' disciples experienced when facing His departure. Rather than being consumed by sorrow, we should ask what God is doing through our circumstances. Jesus promised the Holy Spirit as our Comforter, who convicts us of sin, reveals true righteousness, and warns of judgment. The Spirit guides believers progressively into truth, always glorifying Christ rather than drawing attention to Himself. In every transition, we can find comfort knowing we're not alone—we're guided, taught, and empowered by God's presence through the Holy Spirit.

Don't Be Mean; Be Brave and Kind | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Truth is non-negotiable for Christians, but it must always be delivered with love and kindness. Like a songbook wrapped in a pillow, truth remains solid but becomes receivable when delivered gently. Jesus perfectly modeled this balance, being 'full of grace and truth.' When we speak harshly or self-righteously, people cannot hear the message. Instead, we must check our hearts, use gentle words, pray for courage and compassion, and look to Jesus as our example. Speaking truth in love builds trust, opens hearts, and ultimately changes lives.

Respecting God's Boundaries | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
God's boundaries in our lives aren't restrictions but divine guidance toward our true purpose. In Deuteronomy 2, Israel was instructed to bypass certain territories because they weren't part of God's plan for them. This teaches us that not every good opportunity is meant for us, and settling for what's available might prevent us from experiencing God's best. We must honor God's sovereignty not only in our lives but in others' journeys too, avoiding comparison that can lead us astray. By staying in our assigned 'lane' and embracing our unique journey with gratitude, we position ourselves to receive the specific blessings God has prepared for us.

Brave Believers: The World Is Broken | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
People often reject Christianity because they prefer darkness to light, as explained in John 3:19-21. When God's Word acts as a mirror revealing truth about ourselves, some people resist rather than change. Those who practice evil hate the light because it exposes their deeds, while those who live by truth willingly come to the light. As Christians, we should continue shining despite rejection, avoid taking opposition personally, pray for those who resist, and maintain humility. By staying faithful to truth while loving the lost, we honor God even when facing pushback from the world.

When God Says It's Time to Move | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
God's message to Israel in Deuteronomy 2 - 'You have circled this mountain long enough. Turn northward' - speaks powerfully to our own spiritual stagnation. After 40 years of wilderness wandering, God's mercy broke through, offering Israel a new direction despite their past disobedience. This same grace extends to us when we find ourselves stuck in patterns of fear, regret, sin, or comfort. Even in our wilderness seasons, God provides everything we need and knows our path intimately. His call to move forward may feel frightening, like breaking through a sound barrier, but He has already conquered what lies ahead. The time for circling mountains of stagnation is over - God is calling us to turn northward in faith.

Understanding Persecution: When It's Hard to Follow Jesus | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
In a spiritually dark world, Christians are called to shine as lights, though standing for biblical values often brings persecution. Jesus warned that the world would hate His followers just as it hated Him. Persecution ranges from mockery to physical harm, occurring because righteous living exposes darkness. When facing rejection for faith, remember Jesus understands, having walked this path before us. Believers should respond by expecting opposition, standing firm without shame, speaking truth with kindness, and praying for boldness. By letting your light shine now, you'll develop the strength to remain faithful through greater challenges.

Remember Where You've Been | Given By Pastor Luke Shope
In this sermon, we explores Deuteronomy 1, describing it as a covenant renewal ceremony where Moses addresses the second generation of Israelites before they enter the Promised Land. The message focuses on remembering God's faithfulness, learning from past failures, and responding with obedient faith. The wilderness wanderings were not wasted time but a place of learning and seeing God provide, and there is a parallel to our own spiritual journeys where we must remember what God has done for us in order to move forward in faith.

House Rules: Don't Hinder the Harvest | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Jesus emphasized the spiritual significance of children, noting that most people accept Christ before age 14. Children are spiritually receptive and an essential part of God's harvest. Adults can either help or hinder children's faith through their examples, consistency, and investment. The harvest is urgent and perishable—opportunities to reach young hearts may not remain open indefinitely. Everyone has a role in nurturing children's faith, whether teaching, mentoring, or supporting, and a willing heart matters more than perfect skills.

He Took Your Place | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Jesus didn't just die for our sins—He died in our place, taking the punishment we deserved. Isaiah 53 reveals this profound truth of substitutionary atonement, written 700 years before Christ's birth. On the cross, Jesus bore our griefs, carried our sorrows, and endured rejection so we could experience acceptance. Through His wounds, we find healing from sin's disease, and through His sacrifice, we receive God's righteousness. This isn't just theological truth—it's a personal invitation to lay down our burdens and live in the freedom of knowing our debt is paid.

More Than Just Attached | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Jesus uses the metaphor of the vine and branches in John 15 to reveal the secret to a fruitful Christian life. As the true vine, Jesus is our only genuine source of spiritual life, while God the Father serves as the gardener who prunes us for greater fruitfulness. Our role as branches is to abide—to remain continuously connected to Christ—because apart from Him, we can do nothing of spiritual value. This constant connection transforms our prayer life, produces spiritual fruit, and results in the abundant joy Jesus intends for us. True discipleship is evidenced by bearing much fruit through obedience that flows from love.

House Rules: Kids of the Kingdom | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
In this powerful and heartfelt message from Mark 10, Pastor Shope challenges us to reevaluate how we view children—not as distractions or future contributors, but as valuable and active members of the body of Christ right now. What if God had a VIP list? Would pastors and deacons be at the top—or would it be someone we often overlook? Jesus shocked the crowd when He welcomed children, rebuked the disciples, and elevated childlike faith as the standard for entering His Kingdom.💬 In this sermon, you’ll discover:Why children matter deeply to JesusHow childlike faith is a model, not a stage to outgrowWhy investing in kids is a sacred responsibilityThe difference between discipline and discipleshipHow your church can become a place where young people know: “You belong here.”📖 Key Text: Mark 10:13–16💡 Big Idea: Children aren’t just the future of the faith—they’re part of the church today.Whether you’re a parent, teacher, volunteer, or church member, this message will realign your heart with the heart of Christ toward the next generation.👦👧 Kids matter. Religion Must Be Replaced By Regeneration | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Religion alone cannot save you - you must be born again through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. This powerful truth confronted Nicodemus, a respected religious leader who had all the right credentials but lacked spiritual regeneration. Despite his moral living and religious devotion, Jesus told him plainly that without being born again, seeing God's kingdom is impossible. True salvation comes not through church attendance, good deeds, or spiritual knowledge, but through surrendering to the transforming power of the Holy Spirit and trusting in Jesus's finished work on the cross.

The Confidence of Peace in Troubled Times | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Jesus offers us a model for finding genuine peace amid life's challenges. True peace comes from an eternal perspective that looks beyond current troubles to God's greater purpose. It's strengthened by God's Word, which prepares us before trials come. This peace remains unshaken by enemy attacks because in Christ, Satan has no claim on us. Finally, peace comes through loving obedience to God's will, not by avoiding difficult paths but by walking them with confidence in the Father. This isn't just absence of trouble—it's the presence of Christ in every circumstance.

Jonah's Problem | Given by Ben Caldwell
The story of Jonah reveals a prophet who obeyed God's command but lacked love for the people of Nineveh. His indifference stemmed from five key issues: departing from God's presence, not truly knowing God's loving nature, failing to pray for others, harboring hatred, and becoming distracted by comfort. God's powerful lesson to Jonah reminds us that people are spiritually blind and need our compassion. To effectively reach the lost world, we must examine our hearts, confess any indifference, and reconnect with God's love so we can share it with others.

God's Design for Marriage | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Marriage, established by God, serves as a reflection of Christ's relationship with the Church. While natural human tendencies like disrespect, selfishness, and neglect can damage marriages, strong Christian marriages are built on trust, respect, patience, and selfless love. Husbands are called to love sacrificially and lead with humility, while wives are called to respect and support with grace. Through intentional effort and spiritual growth, couples can develop marriages that honor God and strengthen both families and churches.

You Are Not Good Enough On Your Own | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
None of us can achieve righteousness or peace with God through our own efforts. Romans 3 reveals that humanity is spiritually blind, lacking true understanding and natural desire for God. Our best attempts at goodness fall short, as Isaiah describes them as filthy rags before God. However, through faith in Jesus Christ, we can receive His righteousness as a gift. This transformation isn't about self-improvement but about receiving God's solution through Christ, who provides complete cleansing and adoption into God's family.

The Mother That Rocked The World | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Mary's story demonstrates how God uses ordinary people for extraordinary purposes. Despite being a young, poor woman from Nazareth, her humble heart and willingness to obey God's plan set her apart. Through her example, we learn that God doesn't require perfection, just willing obedience. Her response of receiving God's word with humility, wrestling honestly with His plan, and responding with complete surrender provides a powerful model for how we can respond to God's calling in our own lives.

The Lord's Peace Is Your Peace | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Understanding the distinction between God's peace and worldly peace is crucial for believers seeking authentic tranquility. While the world offers temporary relief through entertainment, vacations, or distractions - much like Tylenol dulling pain without addressing its cause - God's peace is enduring and rooted in Christ's presence. This divine peace isn't situational but sustaining, enabling believers to face life's challenges rather than escape them. The path to experiencing God's peace isn't through human effort or achievement but through receiving it as a gift in relationship with Jesus. Often, people chase peace, answers, or healing when they should be pursuing God Himself. Christianity isn't transactional but relational, and perfect peace comes to those whose minds remain fixed on God. This truth becomes particularly evident during life's storms, where peace isn't found in the absence of trouble but in the presence of the Savior who remains in control of every circumstance.

Did Not Our Hearts Burn Within Us? | Given By Pastor Luke Shope
Two disciples, discouraged after Jesus' crucifixion, walked away from Jerusalem despite hearing of His resurrection. On their journey to Emmaus, Jesus Himself joined them, though they didn't recognize Him. He listened to their doubts, explained Scripture, and revealed Himself when they invited Him to stay. Their encounter demonstrates how Jesus meets us in our disappointment, transforms our perspective, and turns knowledge into living faith. This powerful story shows that true transformation occurs when we move from merely knowing about Jesus to knowing Him personally.

The Spirit Teaches and Reminds | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
The Holy Spirit fulfills two vital roles in believers' lives: teacher and comforter. As our divine instructor, the Spirit brings Scripture to mind when needed, helps us understand biblical truth, and guides us in applying God's Word. In the role of comforter, the Spirit remains constantly present, brings peace during troubled times, and intercedes when words fail us. This divine presence ensures we're never alone, providing both spiritual guidance and emotional support exactly when needed.

Peace Be Unto You | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
The first Easter evening found the disciples hiding in fear despite knowing about the empty tomb. This pivotal moment reveals how Jesus enters our fearful spaces uninvited, bringing a peace that differs fundamentally from what the world offers. This divine peace isn't dependent on favorable circumstances but remains steadfast through hardship and uncertainty. Jesus demonstrated His resurrection by showing His scars, proving His victory and establishing that nothing more needed to be added to His finished work. These wounds became evidence of triumph rather than tragedy. In the same way, our own scars become redeemed rather than erased, serving as powerful testimonies of God's healing and grace. Those who receive this supernatural peace are called to a greater purpose - sharing this peace with others, using their unique stories and experiences as testimonies of God's transformative power. This mission extends beyond personal comfort to a broader calling of bringing Christ's peace to a troubled world.

Peace In Troubled Times | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Finding lasting peace is possible through understanding and embracing God's indwelling presence in our lives. This divine presence, involving all three persons of the Trinity - Father, Son, and Holy Spirit - makes its home within those who genuinely seek God through faith in Jesus Christ. This isn't a temporary arrangement but a permanent residence that transforms how we view ourselves and live our daily lives. Two key elements are necessary for hosting God's presence: genuine love for God and obedience to His Word. These aren't conditions to earn His presence but ways we prepare our hearts to welcome Him. When we realize we're not just children of God but actual dwelling places for His presence, it changes everything about how we approach life. True peace isn't dependent on external circumstances but flows from our internal communion with God.

The Graveside Conversation | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Mary Magdalene's journey from grief to joy at the empty tomb reveals profound truths about encountering the risen Christ. Initially overwhelmed by sorrow, her perspective transformed when Jesus personally called her name. The empty tomb symbolizes fulfilled atonement, granted access to God, and heaven's witness to Christ's completed work. This pivotal moment changed Mary from a grieving follower into the first proclaimer of the resurrection, demonstrating how personal encounters with Jesus transform lives from brokenness to bold testimony.

The Holy Spirit Is An Eternal Comforter | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
The Holy Spirit serves as our eternal comforter and legal advocate before God, providing believers with genuine peace and assurance. This divine helper creates an unbreakable connection between believers, Christ, and the Father. The true evidence of the Spirit's presence manifests through keeping God's commandments, loving Jesus, and living a transformed life. Through the Holy Spirit, believers receive peace that surpasses understanding, assurance of salvation, and the power to trust God in challenging circumstances.

House Rules: Using Your Gifts | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Every believer possesses unique spiritual gifts from God that extend beyond mere physical talents. These gifts are meant to serve others and glorify God, not for self-promotion or personal gain. Whether in family life or church settings, spiritual gifts should be exercised with excellence and faithfulness. Understanding and properly using these gifts involves identifying them through prayer, finding opportunities to serve others, and focusing on consistent, intentional service rather than flashy displays.

The Mirror of Calvary | Given by Evangelist Jason Caldwell
The cross of Calvary serves as a spiritual mirror, revealing not just Christ's sacrifice but how we should pattern our lives. Through three key elements - the bent knee of submission, the broken body of sacrifice, and the bowed head of humility - we see a template for Christian living. This pattern calls us to daily surrender our will to God, crucify our flesh, and live in humble service to others. These elements apply both to daily Christian living and to those seeking salvation, making Calvary's mirror a transformative tool for spiritual growth.

Thoughts From Ephesians 4 | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
Understanding our purpose begins with surrendering control to Christ, leading to true freedom. Each believer receives a unique measure of grace and capacity from God, designed for specific roles within His kingdom. Working in unity with other believers, while embracing humility and meekness, creates a powerful force for God's kingdom. This unified approach, built on one body, Spirit, hope, Lord, faith, baptism, and God, enables believers to fulfill their divine calling while lifting up Christ to a lost world.

Lessons From The Wilderness Part 2 | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
A hardened heart resistant to God's leading can impact both individual faith and entire church communities. The warning signs include diminishing trust in God, growing doubt, and isolation from church community. God allows people to follow their heart's desires, but this freedom can become a form of judgment when misused. The church plays a vital role in preventing spiritual hardening through daily encouragement, accountability, and support. Believers are called to examine their hearts regularly and actively participate in building up their faith community.

Lessons From The Wilderness Part 1 | Given by Pastor Luke Shope
God desires His people to maintain tender, responsive hearts rather than allowing them to become hardened through spiritual negligence. Hearts can become hardened through repeated exposure to truth without response, being around spiritual things without true commitment, and consistently ignoring God's prompting. The danger lies in confusing religious activity with genuine relationship - attending church, being involved in ministry, and knowing biblical truth don't automatically indicate a right standing with God. The call is to examine our hearts honestly and respond promptly to God's voice.
