Take 8 - What is Leadership?
We are all capable of leadership. With the right people around us and when we know ourselves well enough to put that little bit of confidence out there, we ALL can be leaders. Leadership isn't always scheduled, sometimes it's necessary based on our circumstances. A good leader knows when to encourage those around him or her to take the reins. Without taking a quiz or going to a therapist, or waiting to wade through life, we ALL deserve to know ourselves and be able to lead when the time arises.

Life is so easy when you're with old friends. Do you ever wonder why hours seem like minutes when you're spending time with people you know, love and trust? Even Sal felt the energy in these 11 minutes 800 miles away.

How do Patty and Sal define time? In order to stay present isn't it best to understand our memories? The infamous question ... WHY do our memories best explain our present? Or should we say HOW. Friendship is a gift; an absolutely precious gift. As Patty stumbles to identify WHY, Sal brings to light the fact we are our real selves when we're with true friends from long ago. Ask yourself this question: do you knowingly or unknowingly use your past as leverage? Think about this as we try to stay present everyday. Life is a gift.

Take 4 - Generational Divide
What do a 24 year old and a 85 year old have in common? Theycall us the sandwich generation... what exactly does that mean? Us, being those of us who have parents living while we are also developing a relationship with our children a generation younger than we are. Let Patty and Sal open this can of worms and shine light on what each of us needs. It's quick and it leaves you hungry for more. This one may even lead to more than a couple episodes down the road. Generational decisions are significant. We should all listen to those around us and add value as we are a part of or witness to major life changing steps. Thought provoking! Life Is Easy People Make it Hard. To know yourself is to love yourself and to love yourself is to love others completely. Let's be there for the generations that need our help.

Take 5 - The Water Bottle
How much water do we need to drink? It's definitely not the same for everybody nor is there is a right or wrong answer to the equation. It might not even be an equation; it may be a feeling. We each see health and wellness differently but should that include a 50 ounce water bottle. Listen to Patty and Sal as they banter, each trying not to drown the other out. Whether it be two, four, six or eight glasses a day, your health and wellness journey is important to you as is Life Is Easy. Until people make it hard. Remember Patty and Sal always have fun! No topic is off the table.

Take 3 - Help Wanted continued
Think about social media like we once thought about the picture albums we used to look through. We typically found pictures of birthday parties, the best holiday table setting and anything else we wanted to preserve. Social media is simply the updated photo album but now it's not just our family, friends and neighbors that get to see what we're most proud of; it's the entire world. So is social media a place where we just get to be seen and not heard? If we're all putting our best foot forward, will the real John Smith please stand up?

Patty and Sal think we, as a whole, need to stop labeling behaviors and traits and allow each person to decide if or when they need help.
