How to be a Siren AND a Mama with Meghan Incorvaia
I’m back with my kindred flame siren sister, Meghan Incorvaia, for the juiciest conversation about being your most embodied erotic self AND a phenomenal mom.Through our Photography/Film Substack Mermaid Cove and our performance art collective Temple of the Siren, we gather at the threshold of something new.In this intimate conversation, we talk up about our passion for creating the archetype of the Erotic Mother. Not as a concept, but as a lived remembrance rising from our own bodies and stories. We speak of motherhood not as a role to perform, but as a rhythm to reclaim, one that makes space for desire, creativity, and truth.Through dance and deep embodiment, we have found out way back to Eros, not separate from our children, but alive alongside them. We share an invitation to all women. A soft rebellion. A remembering of the woman who refuses to abandon herself in the act of nurturing life, and instead becomes more fully expressed because of it.Follow on Substack! https://lequeendom.substack.com/Fine Art Prints available: https://ofstardustandearth.pixieset.com/printshop/To Book Temple of the Siren: @_templeofthesiren_

The Transformational Magic of Twerking with Madhouse Mega Babe Founder Liv Kingston
I am so excited to share this episode with the incredibly inspiring, talented, visionary Olivia Kingston, founder and owner of Madhouse Dance Studios. I found her studio a little over a year ago and dancing daily again has completely changed my life. The culture Liv has cultivated is SO empowering, enlivening, and healing. She has created a magical place for women of all shapes, sizes, age, and color to come together to shake ass, hype each other up, connect to their sensuality, laugh, play, and live their Beyonce dreams :)If it sounds like heaven, it actually is!! I have no shame admitting I’ll be there 2-3 hrs a day when my schedule allows and happily pass up most night time invites to get dressed up and do choreo filmed classes with my friends.Madhouse has become my sanctuary and a daily devotion that has dramatically shifted the way I see myself and show up in the world. This conversation is a deep, raw, and vulnerable look at how dancing has impacted our relationships to Self, Sisterhood, and Romantic Loves. Also the courage, perseverance, and ingenuity required to run a heart led business that changes lives.I love you LIV 😘Come dance with me! madhousedance.comFollow on insta: @madhousedance@madwomanlivFo more info on my goddess embodiment shoots, got to ofstardustandearth.com@[email protected]

I Go First, Spoken Word Poem and Solocast by host, Jen Brown
MORE!! they screamIn a world where I’ve tried so hard my whole life to be less, smaller, quieter, skinnier, demurethe exhilaration of dancing for a roomful of full bodied, full hearted, bad ass bitch women who celebrate my wildest expression is Utterly Intoxicating Every single time I’m on the dance floor,I’m deconditioning myselfClaiming the courage to be a bigger more expressed JenI venture with hot pink paint further outside of society’s coloring book black lines, my heart flip flopping inside out, expanding in ecstasy and then shuddering in contractionbut it’s spaces like these full of permission and inspiration that light my soul the fuck upDoing the Dance is one thing. So Wild in ItselfThe feeling of being so exposed while so expressedI care. I strive. I practice, leaning into the discomfort that is stretching my body heart soulDevoting myself to grow to be the best dancer and performer I can become, so many years after I thought I missed my dancing“prime”GOING FULL OUTexpression without apologyButThe sharing of my Dancing publicly And on social media particularly anyone and everyone to see…It’s just a whole nother level A mini heart attack. every. time (le petit mort)both terrifying and orgasmicI’m not gonna lie, every time I click share I have two contradictory parts battling withinIt’s sooo deep, this Madonna/Whore imprintWill I be devoured by the tribe for being so unashamedMy ego pleads, you can’t be THAT girlHow can you be a mom and dress like that? How will a respectable man want to be with you when you’re dancing this way? What will your clients, your peers, your kids think? Will I be hated, judged, ostracized, abused, raped, cast out, killed? It feels dramatic to even speak these wordsBut we all know there are so many places in the world where it’s not safe to be a womanPeriodAnd certainly not safe to be a woman in her sexual articulation and sovereigntyButI IntrinsicallyInescapably UndeniablyAm bothSaint and Sex Priestessand so many other shades of the rainbow that is womanI can’t hideOr pretendthese archetypes aren’t alive in my DNADestined and begging to be made manifestthrough this body, in this lifetimeAnd really, what is the point I ask myself daily,What is the purpose of any of thisIf it’s full of regrets, half hearted attemptsHow boringHow meaninglessHow wasteful of this precious life I getIf I don’t fully live itBefore I learned my sensuality could be dangerous Before I was taught to have shame for my body and the way she loves to moveI was a little girl who loved to dance naked in the sunshineTo play dress up with my friendsTo flirt with lifeTo feel pleasureTo know what it is to be ecstatically alive and turned on in everycellI read this the other day, and boy did it hit:“Being a leaderDoesn’t meanYou haveFollowersIt meansYou go First” So I take the next step into the magic darknessOne sexy heel striding in front of the nextWho knows where this dance journey will lead meIts already transported me to joy. To bliss. To connection. To sisterhood. To self love. To silly silly fun. To my essence. To my nectar. To my light. And I’d say that’s not a bad start :)…See the full dance and spoken word film on our Mermaid Cove Substack: https://open.substack.com/pub/lequeendom

Dancing with Fire w/ Sexual Somatic healer, Adi Cohen
Hello my beautiful Of Stardust loves. I am back from an immensely transformative month in Guatemala at Lake Atitlan and am so lit up to share this video with the gorgeous Adi Cohen, an incredible sister I met at the lake.In this electrifying episode, we journey into the mystical and erotic with the radiant Adi —Contact Beyond Contact dance facilitator, Somatic Intelligence Mentor, and sexual shamanic healer for women, men, and couples. We met by the fire at Embodiment Fest over New Year’s Eve, just days after I had been badly burned in a sauna. Instantly, I could feel the depth of her presence and grounded power. Adi is a stunning woman in every sense—equally attuned to her feminine wild and mystical roots as she is balanced in her masculine strength. She shares the transformative power of working with the element of fire, the moon cycles, and archetypes of the dark feminine and how the passing of her mother became the catalyst for her initiation into the sexual shamanic path. Together, we explore the alchemy of grief and sensuality, the dance between lines and circles, and the ancient wisdom of embodied desire. This conversation is a portal into the raw, the beautiful, and the deeply spiritual. Tune in and step into your sacred seduction.Follow Adi on Instagram @_ellaimadi_ for all of her upcoming offerings and gatheringsJen @ofstardustandearth + @ofstardust.live + @ofstardustandearth.podcastIntro Music by @coyo.musicCover Art @pearlofmywomb

Decluttering the Mind, Body, and Soul with Amy Brockhaus, founder of Waverly Organizing
It is with so much joy that I share this beautiful conversation with my long time friend and powerhouse woman, mother (of 5!), entrepreneur, Amy Brockhaus! The two of us have been friends since we were teenagers, had our first babies within weeks of each other, and have been witness and support during so many wild, challenging moments of growth in our lives.Amy is the founder of Waverly Organizing, a woman run business, that helps people transform their personal spaces to be clutter free and create a beautiful sanctuary to enhance connection and ease in their lives. When I was going through divorce, she helped me clean out my garage and my emotional landscape, holding my hand through letting go of possessions and beginning my journey into self healing with EMDR therapy. She is so inspirational and wise and I feel like this topic is such beautiful food for thought as we get closer to Christmas and the consumerism and also emotional dial gets turned up.Follow Amy @waverlyorganizingJen @ofstardustandearth + @ofstardust.live + @ofstardustandearth.podcastIntro Music by @coyoCover Art @pearlofmywomb

Unlocking the Pleasure Codes of Existence with Soma, founder of Raha Show
Every time I’m with Soma is a journey. I could talk with this gorgeous. mystical woman for hours. To record this conversation, we traveled out to Mt. Laguna to immerse in the trees, and stayed late lying under the incredibly vivid night sky, basking in the symphony of nature. In this episode, we get deep into her roots with Sufi mysticism, making love to the universe through the senses, the wisdom of dancing and singing in synchronization, how losing her sister illuminated gratitude for the seemingly simplest moments and sensations, and so much more juiciness! From Soma” Raha is a space where movement, sensing and creativity meet meditation and become a path for self-exploration. We craft this together through music, rhythms and melodies, synchronizing our movement and harmonizing our voices into a symphony of expressions. With these ancient tools and techniques, using specific sequences, duration, layers and repetition, we turn off the chatter of the mind and immerse in the sensory experience of our selves, where our language is the language of feelings and emotional resonance. In RAHA, we elevate and enhance the quality of our awareness and our presence, becoming a more fully embodied authentic expression of the self, which simultaneously deepens our authentic connection to others as well. These bodies are our instruments, so let’s play them together.”Be sure to follow her on Instagram @raha__show for all of her upcoming gatherings and eventsJen @ofstardustandearth + @ofstardust.live + @ofstardustandearth.podcastIntro Music by @coyoCover Art @pearlofmywomb

Free Diving into the depths of the Subconscious with Tim Brown
Disclaimer: This was filmed spontaneously in a cafe in Guatemala with LOTS of the local life creating background noise. The conversation with Tim was too fun not to share, but may be best digested by watching the video as sound is very lively ;) When I was in Guatemala over NYE, I was serendipitously led to a free dive course with Tim Brown. The idea of free diving simultaneously scared the f** out of me and sent waves of excitement through my body, so I knew I was meant to try.I never expected to fall in love with this practice of underwater meditation, finding a deep sense of peace and stillness in the depths of the lake.Join me and Tim as we talk about his journey to growing his dive school and how his practice has translated into taking courageous leaps in business, romance, self discoveryFrom Freediveatitlan.com :“For us, Freediving is the most efficient way to meditate, the most beautiful way to connect with water, the best metaphor for life we’re yet to come across. There is a lot of value to be found on the other side of intensity and pressure. Out of everything the experience of life has to offer; love, fulfilment, food, water, there is nothing we want more than air and few pressures stronger than that exerted by deep water. In light of this, when we freedive we must learn and develop the soft, feminine art of relaxation and detachment. We must be willing to maintain calm even beyond our basic animalistic mind’s comfort zone. If we are to turn ourselves into mermaids and aquamen we must expand our horizon of possibility. Embracing flow and finding forgiveness within ourselves.”Jen @ofstardustandearth + @ofstardust.liveTim: @freediveatitlanIntro music by: @coyoCover Art: @pearlofmywomb
