An Unbiased Review: How This Product Supported My Eating Disorder Recovery S1 E36

On today's episode, I'm gonna talk about a product that helped me through my eating disorder recovery. I'm gonna start off by saying this. I am not paid by companies or anybody to tell you to go buy this stuff. Now, do I wish I was? Yes, I do. But it's not like that. So everything that I've tell you about are products that I use and it's been like a trial and error kind of thing. But take this with a grain of salt. GasX, and I'm Canadian, this is what it looks like, helped me so much. And a friend told me about it, and it wasn't until like March of 2023. So I was already three months into recovery. Let me tell you, this is a game changer. When we start adding nourishment into our body, and because our stomach... has probably been on vacation for a while. It doesn't know how to break down food anymore. Gas acts helps like a thousand percent. A lot of what you're feeling is gas and it's painful and you'll lie in bed if you're like me with your knees up to your chin in the fetal position and ball your face off. This helps. so much. I actually asked my doctor, I'm like, is it medically possible for someone's stomach to rip open like in that alien movie? Because I think it's going to happen. And if it's going to happen to anybody, it's going to happen to me. Let's just put it out there. I went from not being able to walk or stand up within an hour feeling pretty good. Not 100%. I'm not going to say that, but I will say 95% better. Game changer. Your poor stomach's been on vacation for so long. It doesn't have the memory of what it's like to break down food or the enzymes to break down food. And oh gosh, that gas pain is horrible. GasX is your friend. You could probably get it on Amazon if you're not from Canada. If you're from Canada, you can go anywhere and go and get it. any pharmacy, any grocery store, it's there. It will help. out of everything. This is a good starter when you start introducing food. Take one before you go to bed. You'll wake up and feel great in the morning. 1% better every day. https://www.onepercentbetter.ca/ https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0O9ABOmSYK3MDALX5TvCUw https://www.tiktok.com/@onepercentbetter.ca https://www.instagram.com/onepercentbetterca/ https://www.facebook.com/groups/1060608698506562 https://twitter.com/onepercentca https://music.amazon.ca/podcasts/17d5788f-f821-48c8-b32d-964dfce8c9c2/one-percent-better https://podcastsconnect.apple.com/my-podcasts/show/one-percent-better https://www.iheart.com/podcast/269-one-percent-better-142719965/
