July 23 2018 i was beaten by a stranger. My leds and feet begin to swell and they do not stop swelling for at least a month. It was oibviously a biological attack from the beaten by the stranger or from a medical personal at the emergency room. Regardless i was sent to a surgeon to fix the damage. This is a recording of waiting in the waiting area. how many people named "Pantera" do they call before me. The surgeon comes out and refuses to speak my name and never does during the interview . He says he can "C" me. I am then sexually harassed by his female assistant who then reports the opposite to administrators which leads to a pack of administrators intruding on my surgical consultation basically trying to throw me out. NOTABLE are the "individual" words spoken by the pack of administrators. NOTABLE are the "individual" words spoken by the surgeon "to" the pack of administrators who stand in the doorway of the examining room. I have listened to that conversation repeatedly. i have slowed it down and trying to write down words spoken. "interestingly" the words are numbers and bizarre pronunciations of.."???" which are unlikely to be accidentally repeated. it appears to me that they are speaking to a computer as during that vocal exchange very unusual clicks are heard after many of the exchanges. Whole hardheartedly i believe they were arming a machine. Interesting the things ones finds when holding conversations under ext ream audio scrutiny. The surgeon tells me to wear stockings. and refuses to telly for what reasons my legs and feet continue swelling for over a month. it became so bad that was unable to walk. Anyhow, Perhaps I should purchase some skirts to go with the stockings.

My apartment building we have a rather progressive intercom door entry security system. When you press my apartment number it no longer buzzes a console inside my apartment. Instead, it calls me on the telephone and as you know.. I my phone automatically records all phones conversations. My complaint with Downstate Medical Center at this time was that [My eyes hurt (pain 10 out if 10) when trying to read or focus on near objects. I they are telling me that I must be crazy If I think they are going to make any attempt to save my eye sight and relieve my pain by providing a referral to an eye doctor.
