Ep 29. How to rewire triggers and trauma
Join the group program to experience this Revolutionary process in live coaching 🔥🔥https://www.rewiredrecovery.co/rewired-10-week-program🔥🔥In this episode I explain a process, I have named NSPR - Neuro-Somatic-Pattern-RewireThis is a method I have tried and tested after nearly 10 years of studying the brain and addiction as well as trauma, subconscious programming and neural pathway rewiring.Addiction and trauma both have strong triggers involved that actually activate the nervous system causing alot of internal stress and unease. This process actually rewires the trigger by activating the emotional memory where it is actually stored, when we do this in a safe, supportive container ( with me in my small group program) There is a small window where the neurons, the neural network where the trigger is stored opens for a brief window and can be changed! This means we can actually rewire the trigger in real time! What this does?It lessens cravings, because your nervous system will have a new nervous system reaction saved, so that when we would normally be triggered, the nervous system now says, WE ARE SAFE, we dont need to drink! This process gets to the root of the trigger and rewires your emotional response. This method is only available inside my group program ( only run 3 times a year) next one starts june 13th - save your spot as I keep groups small, they sell out well before start date. And my 1:1 coaching program. This is the closet thing we have to a cure for alcohol addiction.Memory reconsolidation is the latest in neuroscience research and has absolutely amazing results. I can't wait to watch lives completely transform.#quitdrinking #addiction #sober#alcohol#recovery#alcoholism#neuroscience#triggers
