After 7 years, 10 cohorts, over 100 women and countless transformative experiences, the We Will Rise mastermind has officially come to a close. Aloha from Kauai!!  For the first time on the podcast, we have sitting with us live Cohort 10 of the We Will Rise mastermind program, Erin, Tricia, and Kayla. Hitting record on our final circle experience for the We Will Rise mastermind program, now in its final and last 10th cohort, we reflect on the program's evolution and impact.  Grab a tea and a cozy blanket, and listen in as we mark the end of an incredible journey together!  This final retreat, held in Kauai, was less about processing and more about pure celebration and connection. No agendas, no schedules - just us girls reveling in the magic we've created together. We totally opted out of traditional healing activities in favor of just "being" together. We discussed the importance of community, the significance of the retreat's final chapter, and the lessons learned over the years. Andee and Kristin also shared personal anecdotes, including a challenging hike and the program's financial investments, totaling close to seven figures AL INC. has poured into these immersive retreats for the clients to experience.  From scaling cliffs in questionable footwear to finding the perfect beach, too many "Under the Tree" ceremonies to count, pregnancies, babies, losses, challenges, wins, and celebrations … we sure have weathered it all. The bonds we've forged are unbreakable, and the lessons we've learned will continue to shape our work in profound ways. As we close this chapter, we're overflowing with gratitude for each and every one of you who has been a part of this community. The energy, vulnerability, and commitment you've brought has truly left a significant mark on our hearts. It is officially time to launch this episode, we have been dying to share with you …  Unbinding the Body: Soma Stories  We're so excited to share the story of "Unbinding the Body" from our recent Body Base Camp experience at Kripalu in the summer of 2024.  This was a truly transformative and sacred event, where we invited 9 incredible speakers to share their stories through embodied artistic expression. This was far from your grandma's speaking gig!!  From movement and dance, to drumming, poetry, and spoken word - each speaker poured their heart and soul into this immersive 3-hour segment. The energy in the room was electric, as the speakers and attendees became co-creators in this powerful experience. We're considering releasing the recording of "Unbinding the Body" to the public, but want to ensure we protect the integrity and sacredness of what unfolded.  If you'd be interested in accessing this recording, please leave a review and let us know!!
