Today we will be exploring the Super Blue Moon, what it is, superstitions and folklore, and what it means to your zodiac sun sign. (Please see sources listed below the show notes.) As promised my Sage Smudge Spray recipe adapted from the Moon Calendar App SAGE SMUDGE SPRAY 8 oz Mason Jar Small funnel Small strainer or coffee filter 100 ml glass spray bottle 7 drops of Sage essential oil 1 teaspoon natural sea salt 3 drops of Lavender essential oil Sprig of fresh Rosemary I also like to add a small Quartz Crystal, a Rose Quartz Crystal, and an Amethyst Crystal. Combine all of the ingredients into a small 8 oz Mason Jar, then fill to the top with moon or distilled water...shake gently every day for one week. After one week's time strain the water into another Mason Jar and label the jar. Funnel the water into your glass spray bottle, and store the remainder of the smudge spray in a dark area, such as a closet or cupboard. Enjoy!!!
