Ep 9: You CAN Trust Yourself: 7 Tips to Build Confidence in You
Do you feel like you can trust yourself? Maybe your answer is yes—either because it comes naturally or you've worked on it. That's awesome. But I think for many of us, myself very much included, we struggle to trust our gut and have confidence in ourselves. It can be difficult to do so when society and people tell us how we should live rather than us figuring it out for ourselves, when you never learned how, or if you've lost touch with yourself. So, in this episode, I'm here to tell you that you CAN in fact trust your gut and have confidence in you. I also share my journey processing all of this as well as 7 practical tips that you can use to start building confidence in you and learning to trust your gut. You are worth listening to. KIC #1: A Letter to Your Younger Self

Knowing and hoping that it can inspire you too! While these segments will be shorter episodes, it won't have any less amazing content. I want you to come curious and leave inspired! This week, I found inspiration from 2 songs that brought me back in time and 1 song, "7 and 70" by Spencer Crandall, that helped me work through difficult feelings of time passing and painful moments of my past. Consider this a little bit like a current letter to your younger self AND a future letter to your current self. Hope you come curious and leave inspired! Ep 7: Your Faith Can Change
What did I do when I realized, in therapy, that my faith was more in shambles than I thought? I recorded an episode. Okay, maybe that's not all I did. I definitely have journaled, opened up to friends and family, talked a lot in therapy, worked on letting go. But as scary as it is to open up on this episode, I also think it's so important for those struggling with similar thoughts, feelings, or experiences. In this episode, I'm brutally honest with my struggles and where I'm at, a moment of clarity I had a few weeks ago, how tough this process has been, and why I'm frustrated at myself. Most importantly, I hope everyone who listens walks away encouraged, knowing that it's okay to change. It's okay for your faith to change. You're going to make it. Ep 3: Wild and Free
About 3 weeks ago, I wrote a poem called "Wild and Free". It was and is a space to process and reflect my struggles that are coming to light, how I've been feeling lately, and the insights gained on my healing journey thus far. It tells a story—my story—but in a way that I think everyone can find part of themselves in. So, in this episode, I'm reading you that poem. While it's a bit different of an episode, it's probably one of the things I'm most excited to produce and put out there. I hope it resonates with you and helps you feel seen and heard. I hope it unlocks something deep inside you and inspires you. I hope it even heals something inside of you, or at least, starts you heading curiously down that path. With that said, here is "Wild and Free"... Enjoyed today's episode? Join in the conversation on Instagram 👇🏻 https://www.instagram.com/chaosandartpod

Ep 1: You Actually Don't Have to Fix Yourself
We live in a culture that's obsessed with fixing ourselves. Diet culture tells us what's wrong with our bodies and then sells us the products to "fix" them. We pay therapists to tell us what's wrong and help "fix" ourselves before getting into a relationship. We're taught to compare ourselves to those at the top and "fix" whatever about us doesn't match up. But what if you actually didn't have to fix yourself? What if you could accept yourself exactly as you are and still thrive? If that sounds too good to be true, tune in to hear me: Talk through how I've been wrestling with this topic Why we often try to "fix" ourselves 3 reminders if you're a fixer There is freedom to be found when we let go of the need to fix and find the ability to accept and allow. Welcome to The Unbecoming Podcast, a podcast designed to help you let go of what you aren't so you can go live as who you truly are. From relationships to things we're unlearning to mental health, purpose, hobbies and more, we'll cover it all. My hope is that you leave each episode feeling seen, heard, and understood as well as encouraged, inspired, or challenged to live fully and live freely. There is freedom found in unbecoming all that you aren't and discovering who you were created to be!
