Reversing Our Perception: everything reflects our choice

This episode delves into the profound and transformative teachings of A Course in Miracles - taking full responsibility for our state of mind. It brings clarity to the basics of its teachings and creates a foundation for their practical application. The only reason we find A Course in Miracles difficult to understand is that we aren’t clear about this practice. However, in this episode you will find out that the Course is very simple, though it will surely challenge the ego. For this very reason, its teachings bring about the total transformation of our mind, our perception of the world and ourselves, and lead us to the experience of true innocence. Miracles are the natural result of their application.Nana reads parts of the chapter 21, section II (Responsibility for sight), talks about the workbook lesson 31 (I am not the victim of the world I see), and additionally uses the paragraph 3 from the Manual for Teachers, section 8 (How Can Perception of Order of Difficulties Can Be Avoided). This talk is one of the sessions given during the 9-day in-person retreat in Germany, Karlsruhe (January 31st through February 8th, 2026). It includes English to German translation. 🎧 Because of the sound quality, use your headphones for the better experience.

The Peace of God Is My One Goal - Chapter 11

Chapter 11 – Ego and the BodyThe Peace of God is My One Goal is a book written by Barbara and Robert Varley about their journey of practicing A Course in Miracles. They found these teachings just after the book was published in 1976 and since then started putting them into practice. This book is a fascinating account of what following the Holy Spirit’s guidance can look like practically. It isn’t concerned with the theory of A Course in Miracles, but rather with vividly and uncompromisingly illustrating the undoing of the ego thought system. Barbara herself, while talking about Jesus, says in one of the early chapters, “Anyone giving us an example which has the potential to save us from our fearful, hurtful, angry ways is certainly our Savior.” This book can become just such a demonstration for those of us willing to go beyond intellectual understanding and embrace the power of miracles. These stories and experiences of following guidance inspired me from the moment I read this book, and they continue to appear in my mind as a source of inspiration and encouragement. Just as I was beginning my journey with A Course in Miracles, Barbara and Robert’s accounts helped prepare me for what was to come. They helped me realize how “radical” this practice can be—and must be.These audio recordings of me reading the chapters of this book is coming from that very inspiration and joy: the joy of fully immersing myself in the willingness to follow and not hold back. It feels only natural to share them with you so that you too can be touched, moved and strengthened in your practice. Many blessings!

Who is the "You" - Meditation

This episode can be used as a meditation to guide the mind from the ego thoughts that can be overwhelming to true freedom. It brings us to a still and quiet state of mind. It helps us step back and just observe. To find true peace and freedom we have to go to the source of suffering and accept the correction there. The whole perceptual world is born from the question we are asking in our mind, "What am I?". Jesus tells us that not knowing who we are is self-deception and a choice. This is where our endless dramas, stories and struggles are coming from. Now we dispell the confusion and open our mind up to the acceptance of what we are. This is the key to our happiness. The Wandering Mystic uses the parts of the workbook lesson 139 and a question, "Who is the 'you' who are living in this world?" from the chapter 4, section II of A Course in Miracles to question our identification with the ego.To find out more about The Wandering Mystic, visit: https://www.thewanderingmystic.net/

    People Don't Have Thoughts

In this episode Nana goes through the steps of mind training using A Course in Miracles. Taking back projections and truly practicing that everything is a reflection of our beliefs and thoughts is essential in coming to experience the truth of the teachings of A Course in Miracles. Once clear about these steps, we will experience countless miracles and the sense of freedom we have never felt before. One of the key ideas presented is "people don't have thoughts". You can do the exercise shared by Nana yourself during the day- whenever the thoughts of what other people are thinking, what are their motivations, what they are up to, or thoughts about yourself preoccupy your mind, tell yourself: People Don't Have Thoughts, and let all these thoughts go. Soon you will come to the silence and stillness of your mind. This talk is one of the sessions given during the 9-day in-person retreat in Germany, Karlsruhe with Nana Bregvadze and Kenneth Clifford. It includes English to German translation.
