#7 How Taking Charge of Our Mental Health Journey Creates an Empowered Healing
In this episode, join me on a deeply personal journey of self-discovery and healing. I share my throwback moments from last year and therapy fostered my growth and healing. We explore the significance of embracing negative feelings and the power of self-compassion in fostering healing. I delve into the antidote to shame and guilt, while uncovering the role of effort and accountability in my transformation. Lastly, I reveal how healing not only influences but also inspires and impacts those I love. Get ready for an intimate and insightful exploration that might resonate with your own path of self-discovery. Additional note: As much as possible, I want to sound authentic whenever I publish these things. Though I cut out and edit a lot in post production, I still keep some dead air, long pauses, stutters and rambles in between because honestly, I get jittery and too excited and at the same time anxious. And I want to show those parts too. https://www.instagram.com/wanderfulei/ Threads: https://www.threads.net/@leinaissance Youtube: https://youtube.com/@leinaissance Patreon: https://patreon.com/leichan

#6 The Reasons Why I am In Therapy
We all have our reasons why we seek professional help, here are a few of mine. In this short episode, I briefly talk about intergenerational trauma, my inner child, and more. These short episodes are for the times when sudden thoughts would come to me and I need to record it then and there. Usually I would over prepare and overthink and end up not executing. So, to fight those doubts, I record these short clips and execute accordingly.

#5 Why our traumas don't make us stronger
Another short content regarding a profound insight I am learning thru therapy. Often times, we become insensitive to what we and other people go through by justifying why bad things happen. In therapy, I have uncovered that I find it hard to let go of my traumas because I have grown attached to them. Not only that but I have realized that all this time, I was thinking that the traumas are what made me a better human. Now, the narrative is changing and I am handing over the credit to myself instead of the trauma. Follow me on my socials for Mental Health and Healing content. Lemme know your questions! #1 Pandemic life, doing things that scare you, prioritizing healing, discovering Bitcoin
If there is one great thing that the pandemic made in our lives is to remind us that our time is limited. We can't control what happens in the world. So here I am trying to take small steps to work on my goals and myself overall. These past months was one of the darkest times in my life yet at the same time the most insightful and fruitful because I get to be reminded to take things slow, cancel the noise, have specific goals and continue to consciously heal. With that I talk about improving my creativity, taking time off social media, discovering Bitcoin and never sending loop of We Dont Talk about Bruno.
