We All Matter with Lisa
Over the last ten years, I began to notice patterns in my life that left me feeling tired, disconnected, and out of balance. Many came from childhood — they helped me then, but as an adult they kept me stuck. I started searching, not for another way to think about my life, but for a way to live free from those old loops. Along the way, I discovered something important: those patterns weren’t who I was. I was the awareness behind them. This realisation opened space for new ways of relating to myself and others — with clearer boundaries, genuine connection, and a life that feels lighter and more free. We All Matter is where I share what I’ve learned, from simple presence invitations to deeper shifts, so you too can find more space, ease, and possibility in your own life.

Mid-week Reset ~ Mini episode 🦋❤️
This week’s midweek reset explores the “practice of health” from The Magic by Rhonda Byrne — but in a grounded, real-life way. Instead of trying to “get it right” or believe everything, this episode is about taking what works and leaving the rest. We look at how focusing only on what’s wrong can add stress and weight, and how gently shifting attention to what is working can create a different experience — even in the middle of challenges. This isn’t about denying anything. It’s about awareness, choice, and creating a little more space. A short reset you can come back to anytime.

Episode 46 ~ The Illusion of ownership and Magic 🦋🫶
What does it really mean to "own" something? We can spend so much of our lives acquiring things — and what happens when we strip them all away? Who are we? In this episode, Lisa shares the teachings of Eckhart Tolle exploring the illusion of ownership — how the ego attaches itself to things and status to build an identity, and why true freedom can only be found when we stop seeking ourselves in what we own. We also bring in Day 15 of Rhonda Byrne's The Magic — Magical Relationships — as a practice alongside this teaching. As always, pick up what you want and leave the rest. 🦋

Finding Presence in the Chaos: The 5-4-3-2-1 Shift
Have you had a week full of challenges where your head feels like it's spinning? In this episode of *We All Matter with Lisa*, we explore how easy it is to get swept up in the external chaos of our lives and identify with the negative records spinning in our minds. Lisa discusses the profound difference between the problems our minds create and the beautiful, amazing being that is aware of it all. When we get stuck in our minds and overwhelmed with emotions, we shut down the creativity and intelligence needed to actually solve our problems. Discover a simple yet transformative practice inspired by Mel Robbins and Buddhist teachings: the 5-4-3-2-1 countdown. Learn how this quick mental shift can help you break free from defeating thought patterns, create space for positive emotions, and reconnect with the present moment. Lisa also shares her personal experiences with hormonal challenges and how physical well-being, like managing food intolerances, plays a crucial role in our ability to stay present. Tune in to find out how you can step out of the swamp of overwhelming feelings and tap into the true connection and joy that is always available to you. Plus, stick around until the end for some powerful "true stones" — quotes from Eckhart Tolle that will help set you free. **Key Takeaways:** - How to disidentify from the negative thoughts and behaviours that weigh you down. - The power of awareness in bringing you back to the present moment. - Using the 5-4-3-2-1 countdown to shift your brain and create positive emotions. - The connection between physical health (like hormones and food intolerances) and mental presence. - Insightful quotes from Eckhart Tolle to inspire your journey. *If you have thoughts on this episode or topics you'd like discussed, reach out at [email protected].*

Episode 41 ~ Imposter Syndrome and Magical food 🦋💕🧘♀️
Imposter Syndrome Isn’t the Problem… It’s the Doorway “I feel like an imposter…” It’s something so many people say. And usually, the focus is on how to fix it… how to feel more confident… how to finally feel “enough.” But what if that feeling isn’t something to get rid of? In this episode of We All Matter with Lisa, we look at imposter syndrome in a completely different way. Not as a flaw. Not as insecurity. But as a moment where something deeper is being noticed. A moment where the identity we’ve built… doesn’t quite hold. Inside this episode, we explore: What imposter syndrome is commonly believed to be What it actually feels like in the body The way the mind creates roles, labels, and identities Why external achievements never bring the completion we expect And how this feeling might actually be an opening into awareness There’s also a short relaxation to help you step out of the noise of the mind and reconnect with what’s already here. We also discuss the next Magic practice ✨️ 💕🧘♀️ Take what you like… leave the rest. 🎙️ Listen now to We All Matter with Lisa on your favourite podcast app.

Episode 40 ~ The Magic and a new practice 🦋🧘♀️❤️
How much of the day is spent carrying weight that isn't even real? Day 7 of the Magic practice looks at negativity — not as something to fight or fix, but as something to become aware of. What we focus on grows. And most of us have never been shown just how much energy goes into feeding what we don't want. From there, we move into something that sits right underneath all of it — the moment before the mind names what it sees. That first instant of contact, before the label lands, before the story begins. And what happens when we miss it. There's a presence practice in this episode. Simple. Outside if possible. Any sense works. If there's ever been a feeling that the mind is running things and you're just along for the ride — this episode is for you.

Episode 39 ~Magic work & The Relief of not needing to be right 💕🧘♀️🦋
In this episode of We All Matter with Lisa, we start with the next gratitude practice from The Magic by Rhonda Byrne. The practice, “Works Like Magic,” invites you to notice the many small, often unseen things in everyday life that quietly support your day — from running water to a kettle boiling, from the car starting to messages sending — and take a moment to appreciate them. From there, we explore a teaching from A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle about the need to be right. Why does the mind cling so tightly to opinions and viewpoints? What happens when identity becomes tied to being right? And how can letting go of that urge create space for real connection and presence? Eckhart’s words guide the reflection: “The ego needs to be right in order to survive. If it is wrong, its mental identity is threatened.” “Whenever two egos interact, drama of some kind ensues.” “A great spiritual practice is to allow the other person to be right.” Through examples, reflections, and practical insight, we consider what it means to allow the truth to exist without defending it, and how presence can transform how we relate to others. Also included in this episode: Three Truth Stones from wisdom traditions A mantra for the week And, as always, the episode closes with Sa Re Sa Sa, sung by Sophie Take what resonates, leave what doesn’t, and see what life shows you this week.

Episode 38 ~ Part 2 One Day I’ll be enough 🦋🧘♀️💕🫶
How many times have we told ourselves… “Once I get this sorted… then I’ll relax.” “Once this situation is handled… then I’ll feel better.” “Once I fix this one last thing… then everything will be okay.” In this episode of We All Matter with Lisa, I explore something many of us live inside of without even realizing it — the ego’s quiet promise that peace will come later. Drawing inspiration from A New Earth, I share personal reflections about how the mind keeps us chasing a future moment where we finally feel enough, calm, or safe. For me, codependency deepened that pattern. I often believed that if I could just solve the next problem or make sure everyone else was okay, then I would finally be able to relax. But the mind always creates one more thing. In this episode we explore: • Why the ego keeps us living in the future • How thoughts about the past and future affect the body right now • The realization that peace doesn’t arrive later — it’s only ever available in this moment • A simple practice to step out of the mind and into awareness • A short relaxation meditation • Three True Stones to carry with you during the week If you’ve ever felt like life will calm down once you get through the next thing, this conversation may resonate deeply with you. Because the peace the mind promises in the future… is already here. True Stone “Time is what keeps the light from reaching us.” — Meister Eckhart

Episode 38 ~ Part 1 ~ Magic money
We All Matter with Lisa — Magic Money Part 1 When you hear "money and manifestation," it's easy to assume it means saying the right things a certain number of times and waiting for results. That's what I expected from this practice too. What I didn't expect was what came up instead — feelings about money I didn't know I was still carrying. Old feelings, from the past. And just becoming aware of them, without trying to change anything, began to shift something. When I could see the thoughts, I could see they weren't the truth. They were just thoughts. And that awareness alone brought me into a more neutral, quieter place with money. This is Part 1 of the Magic Money practice from Rhonda Byrne's The Magic. Pick up what works, leave the rest. True Stone "It's not the situation that's causing your suffering. It's your thoughts about the situation." — Eckhart Tolle

Episode 37 ~ Part 1 Pain Body and Magic Health 🫶🦋❤️
We All Matter with Lisa — The Pain-Body In this episode we're working through Practice 4 from The Magic by Rhonda Byrne — health. The greatest wealth is health. We walk through the practice, keep it simple, and take what resonates. Then we go into A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle, and specifically what he calls the pain-body. What it is, where it comes from, what triggers it — and why the way through it isn't to fight it, but simply to notice it. If any of this speaks to you, great. If not, leave it. We close with our True Stones — words from Eckhart Tolle, Rumi, and the Buddha. People are listening from all over the world — if you're enjoying the podcast, share it with someone who might need it. And a five-star review always helps more people find us. Thank you. 🌿 We All Matter with Lisa is a podcast about presence, awareness, and returning to who you really are.

It’s a conversation about awareness, connection, and engaging in life with lightness — even when it’s hard. Take what speaks. Leave the rest.

Episode 31 ~ Disidentifying from mind 🦋
In this episode of We All Matter, Lisa explores a core teaching from A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle: disidentifying from the mind. The episode looks at how much of our stress and suffering comes from identifying with the voice in our head — the constant stream of thoughts, stories, and mental noise — and what happens when we begin to notice thinking rather than be lost in it. Lisa shares reflections on awareness, presence, and the difference between the mind as a tool and the deeper sense of being underneath it. The episode includes an extended, body-based relaxation and meditation, with contemplations around time as a mental construct and what “now” really means beyond clocks and concepts. As always, the episode finishes with True Stones and a simple mantra to take into the week. Mantra for this episode: I am here now.

Episode 30 ~ Codependency
In this episode of We All Matter, I explore codependency and over-responsibility through awareness rather than self-judgment. Using simple journal prompts, True Stones, and short presence practices, this episode invites you to notice where you may be carrying more than is yours — emotionally, mentally, or energetically. We explore: What happens when you stop managing other people’s feelings The discomfort that can arise when you don’t fix or perform What remains when responsibility drops and awareness stays A brief awareness practice you can use in daily life A simple self-practice to pause before reacting and return to the body The episode closes with a grounding mantra: “I do not abandon myself.” Take what resonates. Leave the rest.

Episode 29 - A Fresh Start and a Buddha laugh 🦋
As the new year begins, Lisa explores what a “fresh start” really means — and what it doesn’t. This episode looks at how we can create healthier patterns without turning them into identity. Drawing on presence-based understanding, behaviour change, and lived experience, Lisa reflects on food, movement, weight, and why lasting change only happens when we stop believing everything we think. The episode closes with True Stone quotes from Eckhart Tolle and a short body-based relaxation to help you unwind at the end of the day.

Episode 28 - I have all the Time That I Need right now 🦋
I Have All the Time I Need Episode Description (Podbean) In this episode, Lisa shares reflections on staying present during a busy and emotionally charged time of year. As the mind pulls us into stories of past and future, it can feel convincing, meaningful, and even loving — yet it is often where suffering begins. Through gentle awareness, simple practices, and grounding mantras, this episode invites you to step back from the stories, notice the observer within, and reconnect with what never leaves. Beneath the noise of the mind and the pressure of time, true connection is already here. A reminder for moments of anxiety, overwhelm, or grief — and a simple TrueStone to carry with you: I have all the time I need.

Episode 25 ~ Lost in decisions ? ❤️🤔
⭐ PODBEAN EPISODE DESCRIPTION (Neutrality, Noise, and the Next Step) In today’s episode I’m sharing a truth that’s helped me with decision-making. The situation itself is always neutral — it’s the mind that adds the noise, the stories, and the feelings that make everything feel heavy. When that drops, what’s actually happening becomes clear, and the next step is never complicated. I’m also talking about the breath and why you don’t need to breathe in any special way to be present. Letting the breath be whatever it is helps you fall out of the mind and into the moment. As always, I’m not an expert. I’m not a therapist or a teacher — just someone sharing practices and truths that have genuinely shifted the quality of my life and my family’s. Take what works for you and leave the rest. Thank you for listening. 💛

Lisa also reflects on this weekend’s presence-based workshop, including the powerful pause created by Sophie’s ocean drum, and talks about the upcoming December workshops where presence practices will be combined with creative flow. This episode includes a gentle 10-minute meditation and two TrueStones from Meister Eckhart and Rumi. Episode 20 ~ Doorways to Presence
🎧 Podbean Episode Description > In this episode of We All Matter, Lisa explores what happens when we live in the stories of our minds — the ones that promise peace and joy somewhere in the future — and how that very search keeps us from life itself. Building on last week’s Fisherman’s Story, this conversation looks at the layers we gather over time — thoughts, habits, and reactions — and how presence begins when we realize that we are not those stories. Through three simple doorways — the body, the breath, and gratitude — Lisa shares ways to return to being here, now. You’ll also hear a short guided meditation and five True Stones from Eckhart Tolle, Rumi, and Meister Eckhart to bring you home to the stillness beneath thought. ✨ Doorways to Presence — Living Beyond the Story is an invitation to remember: life isn’t waiting. Special ~ Art by Goli 🎨
🎨 Special Episode: Interview with Art by Goli In this episode, I had the chance to sit down with Goli, the incredible artist behind Art by Goli. We talked about her story and how she shares her passion by giving people everything they need — the materials, the space, and the encouragement — to discover the artist that’s already within them, just as she did years ago when she first realised that she was an artist, one who needed to express herself and let that creativity have a voice. I’m really excited to share that we’re combining our passions — I’ll be joining Goli in her painting sessions to help people step out of their busy minds and come fully into the present moment, where creativity can flow naturally. Our first session together, happening this Saturday, is already sold out — but there are two more sessions coming in December, and many more planned for the new year. You can find more information at Art by Goli on Facebook and Instagram. ✨ Thursday’s episode will focus on supporting ourselves and those we love through peri-menopause and menopause.

Episode 16 - Waiting 🤗
Episode Title: No More Waiting: The Now Is Already Here Description: How many moments of life slip away while we’re waiting — waiting for the lift, waiting for the kettle, waiting for the stress to pass? In this episode of We All Matter, Lisa shares personal stories of overwhelm and anxious thoughts, and the surprising freedom she discovered in the simplest moments — even sweeping the floor or standing in a crowded hospital corridor. Through story, reflection, and a guided meditation, she asks: are we missing life as it’s actually happening? And is it possible that peace is here, in the very moments we usually rush past? The episode closes with timeless truths from Eckhart Tolle, Buddha, and Meister Eckhart — gentle reminders that life isn’t waiting for us somewhere else. It’s here. Now.

ABOUT THIS SHOW
Over the last ten years, I began to notice patterns in my life that left me feeling tired, disconnected, and out of balance.
