Peace Family, Happy Spring!! <3 I created a poll on my Instagram story to get some input about topics you're interested in hearing from me. This was the most voted on topic so I'm excited to share what has helped me over the years physically, mentally, and spiritually. At 12:02 I shared about physical *healthy girl habits* that I've implemented over the past two years. Being a well nourished woman is foundational to assist you hormonally on all levels. I have personally introduced bone broth, raw milk, grass-fed unflavored beef gelatin in my teas and baked treats and grass-fed beef liver to my diet. I also cook with ghee(clarified butter) and organic pasteurized butter to avoid seed oils. I forgot to mention on this episode that I do use extra virgin olive oil from time to time. In the past few years I haven’t been on a diet, but I’ve managed to lose a substantial amount of weight by learning to eat with my natural hormonal cycle to optimize my metabolism and maintain bodily homeostasis. I don’t calorie restrict at all. I keep it simple focusing on protein, carb, fat - for a balanced diet. I also focus on eating whole foods more than processed foods. John incorporates the four primary aspects of emotional pain into the creation of the Love Letter process. It begins with anger, sadness, fear, regret and then ends with love. As love is the beginning of everything. At 13 minutes I sum up what men generally feel in the process of their love letters. At 14 minutes I break down what a response letter is how it can be helpful. At 21 minutes I speak about valuing and striving for a life-giving union. At 28 minutes I begin Chapter 12 - How To Ask For Support & Get It. I spoke about how the wounded feminine can result in unconscious or conscious entitlement by having a demanding attitude. Peace Family, I generally opt for grass-fed beef, organic meats, organic\pasteurized eggs and all but know that there's no need to be dogmatic about it. Consuming more bioavailable foods WHILE listening to how your body responds, is vital if you choose to cycle sync! I generally eat the same foods during my entire cycle although I consume more beef during the luteal phase to support my iron levels. Eating a high protein and simplistic diet has supported my hormones over the past year in great deal. In this episode I shared about the benefits of beef, eggs, butter, raw milk and chicken.
