My name is Nicole, and I have created this space to share accessible guided meditations and relaxation practices to help you find moments of calm and to inspire presence, self-connection and a softness within this sometimes hard and chaotic world. This practice helps us show up for ourselves first so that we may be able to then show up in our lives as the best, most centered and most compassionate version of ourselves that is capable of caring for others.
