It's All About Healing
by Robin Black
We share how faith steadied the chaos and why healing is less about being fixed and more about being found. You’ll hear the heart behind our mission, the growing global community, and how poetry, coaching, and candid conversations turn silent tears into words that help others breathe again. We open up about spiritual detours that promised comfort but delivered confusion, from tarot and crystals to the myth that strength means carrying it alone. What changed everything was staying in God’s Word and staying honest with God—letting Him meet us in the mess, make crooked paths straight, and grow wisdom over time. That shift from double-mindedness to steady trust didn’t happen overnight. It unfolded through prayer, scripture, fellowship, and the brave act of telling the truth about what still hurts. If you’re navigating grief, toxic relationships, financial pressure, or the slow work of rebuilding after setback piled on setback, this podcast is for you. Made By the Fall: Episode 386
Send us Fan MailYour worst season might be the one that builds you.I'm speaking about failure, fear, and the kind of faith that holds up when life goes off the rails. So many of us work overtime trying to avoid mistakes, like one wrong choice will ruin everything. But the truth I keep coming back to is this: God already knows the turns we’ll take, and He doesn’t abandon us in the middle of them. Even with free will, He is still the beginning and the end, and nothing about your story surprises Him.We also get honest about how negativity works like bait. The constant noise of scandals, outrage, and distraction can “breadcrumb” us into chasing darkness until we forget where our peace comes from. I share a personal testimony about selling my house, moving into an apartment, and then losing everything in a fire. That kind of loss can trap you in regret, but I explain why dwelling on the mistake keeps you stagnant and how God can still provide, rebuild, and restore after the hardest hits. Finally, we talk about mistakes, redemption, and prayer. The world feels heavier, prophecy feels louder, and none of us know our last day, so I’m encouraging you not to wait to turn back to God. If you don’t know how to pray, don’t overthink it. Start with what you have. Start with “Dear Heavenly Father.” No shame, no performance, just honesty. If this brought you comfort or conviction, subscribe, share it with someone who needs hope, and leave a review so more people can find this faith-based healing message. How To Stop Dating Your Red Flag Collection, with Attachment Healing Specialist, Nima Rahmany: Episode 385
Send us Fan MailRed flags are easy to spot. What’s harder is admitting why we stay anyway, and what our nervous system is getting from the chaos. Robin Black sits down with Nima, an attachment healing specialist and trauma bond guide, to unpack the real engine behind stuck relationships: the unconscious payoff, the chase for “potential,” and the patterns we repeat when love feels familiar but unsafe. We dig into elegant boundaries and why “never again” rules can quietly become a wall that attracts the exact dynamic you fear. Nima explains how somatic healing and nervous system regulation change everything, because boundaries are not about controlling someone else, they’re about the action we take when our needs aren’t met. We also talk identity work, attachment styles, and the moment you stop collecting techniques and start defining what “working” actually means: discernment, self-trust, emotional regulation, and the ability to walk away sooner. The conversation goes deep on trauma bonds, love bombing, intermittent reinforcement, and the victim story that keeps people locked in blame. Nima shares personal lessons on rupture and repair, healing shame, and building a secure relationship that doesn’t require losing yourself. If you’ve ever said “Why do I keep attracting this?” you’ll leave with language, tools, and a clearer path forward.Subscribe for more conversations on healing and relationships, share this with someone who’s stuck in the push-pull, and leave a review so more people can find the show. Grief, Guilt, and the Choice to Live, shared story with Melissa Hull: Episode 384
Send us Fan MailA split-second of ordinary life can become the moment you measure everything else against. Melissa Hall joins us to share the day she lost her four-year-old son, Drew, in an irrigation canal near their rural home and what came after: the panic, the seven-hour search, and the crushing guilt of believing one exhausted mistake defined her worth as a mother. We don’t soften the hard parts, including how grief can hijack your body, your breathing, and your ability to imagine a future. What changes the trajectory isn’t a miracle cure, it’s connection. Melissa opens up about a letter from another bereaved mother that met her with honesty instead of platitudes, and how that simple act of being seen helped her step back from the edge. We talk about complicated grief, survivor’s guilt, suicidal thoughts after loss, and the slow work of choosing life one day at a time. Her perspective is both tender and practical: grief is not the absence of love, it can be the presence of love demanding a place to go.We also dig into how Melissa turned pain into purpose through water safety education and child drowning prevention, especially for families living near open canals and waterways. She shares what she’s learned through journaling, coaching, and writing Dear Drew: Creating a Life Bigger Than Grief, plus why community support matters when people you expected to show up don’t. If you’re searching for grief support, bereavement resources, or a way to honor someone while still moving forward, this conversation offers language, tools, and hope without pretending healing is tidy.Subscribe for more stories of healing, share this with someone who needs it, and leave a review with the takeaway you’re still thinking about. To Reach Melissa Hull:Website: www.melissahull.comInstagram: www.instagram.com/greaterthangriefFacebook: www.facebook.com/greaterthangrief©2022-2026 Soul Healer17:77, LLC. How A Structured Mentorship Program Builds Hope Behind Bars, with Dr. Kim Nugent: Episode 383
Send us Fan MailThe sound of a prison gate closing changes a person instantly and Dr. Kim Nugent has never forgotten it. She joins us to share what she’s learned after years of working inside facilities as a prison mentorship facilitator and author of From Prison to Possibilities Paving Your Path. We talk about why hope isn’t a “nice to have” behind bars, it’s a safety issue, a healing issue, and a culture issue. We walk through her structured mentorship program that runs about six to nine months and uses an A to Z curriculum to build real-life skills like attitude, behavior, communication, and decision making. Unlike mentorship that falls apart without a plan, this model includes weekly preparation, guided questions, small group discussion, a formal graduation, and a pipeline where mentees become mentors and mentors grow into advanced coaching roles. Dr. Nugent also explains why she opened access to people across security levels, including maximum security and those serving life sentences, and how shared lived experience helps the mentoring “stick.” We also get into the deeper transformation: spiritual grounding, purpose, and repairing family relationships while someone is still incarcerated. Dr. Nugent shares practical tools like conversation questions for partners and children, plus a powerful accountability exercise that starts with asking five people for honest feedback about your attitude. If you care about prison reform, rehabilitation, second chance programs, and reducing violence through real human development, you’ll take a lot from this conversation. What If Your Deepest Wound Becomes Your Ministry? (Spoken Word): Episode 382
Send us Fan MailSome prayers don’t sound like a sermon. They sound like the truth you say when you’re finally tired of your own excuses. We open with a raw confession about the gap between “I’ll do better” and actually doing better, and we bring that tension straight to God without dressing it up.From there, we name what so many people carry quietly: childhood wounds that still ache, and the habits we use to cover them with temporary comfort. We talk about what real healing and forgiveness can look like when the past still feels unfair. We also share how poetry and spoken prayer can become a spiritual practice, a way to feel God close and to find words that might touch someone else who needs hope. The reflection turns toward love that doesn’t quit, even after hurt. We wrestle with what it means to have a heart that keeps caring, and how faith helps us navigate that tenderness with understanding instead of shame. We also sit with Exodus 20:12, honoring mother and father, while admitting how complicated that can be when family relationships carry pain. The thread running through it all is discipleship: picking up the cross, choosing to keep following Jesus, and giving God the glory for mercy, grace, and steady restoration. If this prayer resonates, listen through, share it with someone who needs comfort, and subscribe for more. Perimenopause Symptoms Pregnancy Care and Pelvic Floor Fixes, with Nikki Rowan, OBGYN: Episode 381
Send us Fan MailHormones get blamed for everything, but the truth is more interesting and a lot more useful. I’m Robin Black, and I’m joined by my cousin Nikki Rowan, an OB-GYN with nearly two decades of experience, to talk straight about gynecology, pregnancy, perimenopause, menopause symptoms, and what actually helps when your body feels “off” but your lab work looks “normal.”We dig into why hormone testing can be misleading, how estrogen and other hormones naturally swing throughout the day and month, and why puberty and perimenopause can feel like emotional whiplash. Nikki also explains how weight changes can affect ovulation and menstrual cycles, why endometrial ablation is a bleeding treatment that may not last forever when done young, and how surprise pregnancies can happen right when you think you’re finally “getting healthy.”Then we get practical about common issues people suffer with in silence, especially stress urinary incontinence. Nikki breaks down pelvic floor physical therapy, what an evaluation looks like, how biofeedback works, and why doing the at-home exercises can be a game changer within weeks. We also talk birth and anesthesia, including hypnobirthing, epidural vs spinal anesthesia, when you can’t safely get one, and a clear explanation of placenta previa and hemorrhage risk. We end with an honest take on prenatal vitamins, pregnancy weight gain, breastfeeding benefits, and why formula is not a moral failing. If this helped you feel more informed and less alone, subscribe, share the episode with a friend, and leave a review so more people can find it. Proverbs 16:32 (Biblical Intelligence): Episode 380
Send us Fan MailAnger feels powerful until it starts costing you your peace. I’m digging into Proverbs 16:32, a sharp, practical verse that redefines strength: patience and self-control can be greater than winning the loudest battle. If you’ve been pushing through workplace toxicity, feeling sabotaged on the job, or trying to “stick it out” in a relationship that leaves you drained, this message is for you.We talk honestly about the trap of believing God is tied to a specific place or person. God isn’t “in the job” or “in the relationship,” God is in you, and God goes with you. That shift changes everything, including how you set boundaries, when you stop fighting battles that beat you down, and how you decide whether it’s time to stay or time to leave. I also share a moment at a bus terminal where staying calm in the face of disrespect became an unexpected lesson in biblical emotional regulation. From there, we go deeper into accountability and healing patterns. We explore how internalized thoughts can create false realities, how repeating the same situations often signals unmade changes, and why trust matters when you don’t have every answer. If you want Christian encouragement, practical self-control, and a faith-based mindset for breaking cycles, press play. Forgiveness Without Approval, with Elaina Royston (E. Marie Speaks): Episode 379
Send us Fan MailWhat if forgiveness didn’t mean saying it was okay? This conversation with E Marie Speaks pulls back the curtain on life after trauma and shows how faith, art, and discipline can turn survival into steady growth. We start with the hard naming of childhood molestation and the way trauma scrambles time, then trace how a single poem unearthed what was still unhealed: confusing forgiveness with approval. That pivot—offering grace without erasing harm—becomes a cornerstone for real change. From stage to page, E Marie treats spoken word as more than performance. She calls it a purge, a way to move what the body holds into language that can finally leave. We talk honestly about raw imagery, faith-filled audiences, and why truth sometimes offends before it frees. Then we follow her leap from thirteen years at Ford to real estate, a faith move thick with uncertainty. The stories of provision—a test passed while sick, gas money handed at church, a foreclosed home that still taught trust—make faith feel local and practical, not lofty.E Marie’s blueprint for lasting healing is simple and demanding: deliverance without discipline leads right back to bondage. She outlines the daily habits that protect progress—affirmations to rebuild self-worth, journaling to track triggers, movement and sunlight to steady the nervous system—and shares why structure is love in action. We also spotlight her affirmation coloring books and guided journal celebrating Black children, designed with images and activities that reflect their beauty and keep their attention. By the end, you’ll have language for forgiveness, tools for routine, and a new respect for how creativity and spirituality can anchor a life.Subscribe, share this episode with someone who needs it, and leave a review with your favorite line—we’re reading every word.To reach Elaina - https://www.emariespks.com/event-details/transformers-re-coded-mastering-mindsets-mapping-momentumhttps://amzn.to/4rLffNX ~ Subtle Seedshttps://bit.ly/4r7mvCC ~ Uniquely Me Coloring Bookhttps://amzn.to/3Pdn6oY ~ Blazing Boys Activity & Coloring Bookhttps://amzn.to/4raSodI ~ My Personal Journal Journey©2022-2026 Soul Healer17:77, LLC. What If Rock Bottom Is Where Redemption Begins, with Alicia: Episode 378
Send us Fan MailA voice rises from the wreckage and refuses to whisper. Alicia joins us to share how a childhood ache of not belonging grew into a full-blown addiction, how manipulation blurred into trafficking, and how a life held together by fear finally surrendered to something stronger. Her account is unflinching—meth highs, crack smoke, homelessness, and a federal case—but what stands out is the pivot: a moment of terrifying clarity, a rehab bed, and a living room encounter with a love she’d only heard about in church. We walk through the layered weight of healing: telling the truth about coercion, rebuilding trust with herself, and choosing sobriety one ordinary day at a time. Alicia opens up about starting a Bible study in jail, redirecting the energy of obsession into scripture and service, and learning that faith doesn’t promise easy, it promises better. She also takes us into her bariatric sleeve surgery—years in the making—and how reshaping her body supported a renewed mind and spirit. From there, we explore why she founded Faith Into Action Candle Company and how a simple flame can carry a testimony into homes where church doors may never open. Not everyone championed her voice. A church leader told her to stop sharing. Alicia shares why she kept going, how Revelation 12:11 emboldens her, and why she believes testimony breaks shame. With sentencing ahead and custody pain still tender, she chooses peace over panic, purpose over paralysis, and a fierce declaration that Jesus loves you and can transform any story. If you’ve battled addiction, survived coercion, wrestled with church hurt, or are standing at a crossroads with no good options in sight, this conversation offers honest hope and a map for the narrow road.If this moved you, share it with someone who needs courage today, subscribe for more healing stories, and leave a review so others can find this conversation.Watch full video on youtube - What If Rock Bottom Is Where Redemption Begins, with Alicia - YouTube©2022-2026 Soul Healer17:77, LLC. I Am His Masterpiece (Spoken Word): Episode 377
Send us Fan MailWhat if the light you carry is the very thing that exposes what hurts to heal? We open our hearts to the tension of beauty and brokenness, where prayer isn’t performance but breath, and where deception loses its grip when truth enters the room. Through raw confessions and grounded faith, we trace how gifts can feel like burdens when loneliness settles in, and how that same gift becomes lighter when we remember who carries us.Across this reflective journey, we explore spiritual warfare as both a mental weight and a soulful battle, naming the subtle ways fear engineers false realities. We talk about running back to familiar bondage when freedom feels too wide, and why trust without borders is the only path that makes us whole. The world tries to soothe us with puzzle corners and quick certainty; we call out that false security and ask for the veil to lift so we stop borrowing the language of darkness. Along the way we offer vivid metaphors and practical reflection: guard your gates, test the fruit, and let exposure be mercy rather than shame. This is a meditation on discernment, courage, and the slow work of healing. You’ll hear lines that hold a mirror to your own story: the loneliness inside a calling, the wolf beneath soft words, the ache of growing up with pain as a first language, and the quiet hope that keeps saying, “I’m trying.” If you’ve ever wondered why freedom can feel frightening, or how to stand steady when fear scripts a dozen false truths, this conversation will meet you where you are and point you toward light strong enough to carry what you carry. How A Bedbound Author Reached the World and Refused to Quit, with Alma Thomas: Episode 376
Send us Fan MailPain bends our plans, but it doesn’t have to break our purpose. Meet Alma Thomas—educator, minister, and author—whose life rerouted through unthinkable grief, a devastating stroke, two years in a neglectful nursing facility, and a recent cancer diagnosis. She opens up about losing her 18-year-old son, the myths of “stages of grief,” and the practical tools that helped her function again: therapy through EAP, naming triggers, and setting boundaries that protect healing without apology. We go deep on resilience that works in the real world. Alma explains how she rebuilt a life of service from her bed, writing ten books with one finger after dictation failed, and speaking on hundreds of podcasts, conferences, and virtual stages across continents. Her GPS metaphor for detours reframes setbacks as reroutes, not dead ends: delay is not denial. We unpack how to turn pain into purpose with concrete actions like launching a scholarship for young Black men, reframing productivity to match capacity, and advocating firmly when bias shows up—like the time an event muted her camera the moment they saw she was bedbound. You’ll hear a voice that is unflinchingly honest and fiercely hopeful. Alma’s faith fuels her, but her tactics are universal: prepare for triggers, communicate context before others assume, choose steady effort over perfection, and dare to try again even when your timeline shatters. If you’ve ever felt sidelined by loss, illness, or detours you didn’t choose, this conversation offers both comfort and a playbook. Choose God Over the World (Biblical Intelligence)
Send us Fan MailStop trying to split your heart. We explore the hard truth that you can’t love God and the world at the same time, and we trace how that single decision reshapes work, desire, and daily practice. Drawing from James 2:26, 1 John 2:15, and Luke 6:46, we connect belief to obedience and show why lip service leaves the soul empty while real surrender brings clarity and courage. We get honest about the comparison trap: scrolling through highlight reels, coveting lifestyles, and mistaking envy for motivation. That cycle doesn’t just waste time; it erodes obedience. You’ll hear a clear, compassionate path forward—naming distractions, bringing messy desires to God, and turning prayer into steady action. We outline small, concrete shifts that move faith from words to works: choosing presence over the feed, integrity over image, generosity over applause, and quiet trust over anxious striving. This conversation invites a single-minded heart. When we choose God first, work becomes service, success becomes stewardship, and struggle becomes formation. The result is not perfection but alignment—daily bread for real life and a soul anchored beyond the next like or milestone. Sowing Seeds of Grace (Biblical Intelligence)
Send us Fan MailWhat if the harvest you meet tomorrow is growing from the seed you plant today? We explore the ancient rhythm of sowing and reaping through a candid look at personal responsibility, forgiveness that feels impossible, and trust that outlasts confusion. Drawing on Galatians 6:7, Psalm 105:15, and Proverbs 3:5–6, we talk through the moments when you know you’ve done wrong, the courage it takes to make things right, and the surprising freedom that comes from praying for people who hurt you.We also wrestle with the allure of quick fixes. AI promises speed, shortcuts, and slick results, but life with depth cannot be microwaved. We introduce BI—biblical intelligence—as a better compass for modern choices: patience over impulse, character over clout, and wisdom over noise. That lens helps us ask new questions about our habits, our motives, and the long-term harvest we’re creating with every click, word, and decision.Across this conversation, we return to the road of redemption—imperfect, steady, and open to anyone willing to plant new seeds. Forgive first, understand later. Set boundaries without hardening your heart. Trust God when the why remains hidden, and let daily practices of prayer, humility, and repair reshape your future. Accountability, Faith, And Breaking the Cycle: Episode 375
Send us Fan MailWhat if the reason history keeps repeating in your life is not fate but a habit you haven’t named yet? We open up about accountability, the pull of old patterns, and the quiet courage it takes to step out of the storm and into a steadier rhythm with God. This is a conversation about free will, surrender, and the difference between blaming the enemy and owning the choices that keep us circling the same pain with different faces. We dig into two anchors: prayer as daily bread and faith over sight. Rather than treating prayer like a wish list, we make it the place we bring struggles, confusion, shame, and fear. That’s where alignment happens—where the mind stops overdriving every decision and the heart regains its tune. Through a vivid tornado metaphor, we explore why we get swept into the same cycles and how withdrawing our hand—our consent, our denial—creates space for change. We also share a tender moment about sensing God’s sadness, not to condemn, but to invite an honest look at what needs to shift. You’ll hear how discernment grows with practice, why surrender isn’t passivity, and how God’s protection often looks like intervention you only notice in hindsight. The grand piano image brings it home: some loads require a specialist. Trying to move them alone breaks things. God offers expert help for free; our job is to ask and keep inviting Him into every part of the day. Expect practical insight on breaking patterns, praying for clarity, and cultivating gratitude that steadies you before the outcome arrives. If you’re ready to stop spinning and start walking by faith, press play, share this with someone who needs courage, and leave a review to tell us where accountability is leading you next.©2022-2026 Soul Healer17:77, LLC. Dear Inner Child (Spoken Word): Episode 374
Send us Fan MailA quiet ache can echo for years, shaping how we love, trust, and show up. This episode leans into that ache with honesty and care, tracing the line from father wounds and inner child pain to a steady, lived sense of worth. We speak candidly about the moments that make us feel small—being talked at, not to; watching others be celebrated; wondering why love seems conditional—and we show how naming these patterns loosens their grip without turning our story into a diagnosis.Across a reflective, poetic arc, we explore how comparison rubs raw against fragile self-concept and why familiar pain keeps finding us until we choose differently. You’ll hear a shift from why me to my turn, supported by simple tools that anyone can use: boundary-setting that protects connection and anchor faith in daily life, and a choose, act, reflect, repair, repeat loop that builds resilience without pretending the road is easy. Tears are not a setback here; they are data and release, a sign that the body is clearing space for something truer.Faith runs like a spine through the conversation—not as a shortcut, but as a practice that steadies attention when doubt gets loud. We talk about speaking to the inner child with respect, catching the urge to flee before it steers the day, and stepping toward opportunities even when readiness feels far away. By the end, the promise is simple and hard-won: healing is underway, you are not alone, and hope grows stronger each time you choose it. How A Pastor’s Daughter Chose Safety, Sought God, and Rebuilt Her Life, with Angela Chambers: Episode 373
Send us Fan MailA single question can pry open a life you’ve been holding together with quiet endurance. When Angela Chambers’ father asked, “How long are you going to do this?” it wasn’t judgment—it was a lifeline. From there, she began the hard, holy work of leaving a 28-year marriage marked by spiritual, financial, and physical abuse, while holding onto faith, dignity, and a fierce desire to protect her family. What follows is a story of preparation, humility, and the kind of restoration that arrives in surprising places. We walk through the practicalities of getting safe: changing paperwork, opening accounts, documenting finances, and seeking counsel from pastors and therapists. Angela is honest about the tension between honoring marriage and refusing harm; she’s not advocating easy exits, but she is clear that God does not require anyone to stay where abuse is the norm. With no paycheck and bills due, she started cleaning houses “for a month or two,” which turned into seven years. That season became her seminary. Service turned sacred as she learned to see mops and mirrors as tools of ministry, wrote a poem called “Made In His Image,” and watched families regain time because their homes were cared for. Then came a tender sign on a Gulf Shores jetty: after a storm, the beach was littered with perfect shells. In prayer, Angela sensed a promise—“I will restore you.” The shells had been thrashed by waves and arrived whole; so would she. That vision reshaped her obedience, even when it meant awkward apologies to her ex. Step by step, she rebuilt identity, dropped the mask, stayed rooted in worship, and let counseling do its slow, steady work. Now, as a speaker and teacher, she reaches women with a message that blends safety planning, spiritual courage, and real-world wisdom: you will be restored, you are being restored, and you will continue to be restored. If this conversation meets you in the storm, let it also point you toward shore. God Opened a Path to Surgery and I Faced the Pain to Change My Life: Episode 371
Send us Fan MailA benefits email I almost deleted changed everything. After years of trying pills and plans, a new LTL job connected me to Kerum Health and Journey Lite—partners that covered my bariatric surgery, hotel, and even a stipend. I asked God for a sign in the hotel parking lot and turned straight into the brightest rainbow I’ve ever seen. That moment anchored me through the hardest 72 hours of my life.We walk you through the exact pre-op hurdles, including why losing 30 pounds to shrink a fatty liver can make robotic surgery safer, and how a high-protein, low-calorie plan moved the scale fast. I share the surge of buyer’s remorse after waking up in excruciating pain, the nausea that only dissolved meds could calm, and the small sips and strict timing that kept me stable. You’ll hear the unfiltered truth about the spirometer every two hours, the switch from liquids to purees to solids, the shock of rapid weight loss, and the reality of loose skin and reflux that demand careful routines. If you or someone you love is weighing bariatric surgery, this story gives you the practical playbook: protein targets (60–80 grams), hydration goals, measuring portions, spacing meals before sleep, and never skipping vitamins. It also offers the mindset shift that makes the journey sustainable—how faith, timing, and a supportive care team can carry you when willpower fades. I talk about emotional eating, shame, and why consistent check-ins with dietitians who’ve been through surgery make a difference. Press play for a candid look at pain, patience, and the grace to start over. If this resonates, follow the show, share it with a friend who needs hope, and leave a review with the one habit you’ll commit to this week.©2022-2026 Soul Healer17:77, LLC. All Rights Reserved. Foods, Vitamins, And A Plan That Works Before and After Weight Loss Surgery: Episode 370
Send us Fan MailA safer surgery starts long before the operating room. I break down the exact pre-op routine that made rapid weight loss possible and protected the liver, from a protein-first meal plan to vitamins that actually get absorbed and flavors you’ll want to stick with. If you’ve ever wondered how people lose 30 pounds in a month before bariatric surgery—or how to keep losing afterward—this candid walkthrough lays out the playbook with real brands, real numbers, and real talk about cravings, texture fatigue, and budget.I share how moving from 2,700–3,300 daily calories to a tightly structured 600–800 calorie pre-op plan shrank a fatty liver enough for surgeons to operate safely. ProtiFit meals and drinks made it doable: savory standouts like chili and fettuccine, a protein-packed cappuccino that feels like a treat, and lighter juice-style options for when milky shakes get old. You’ll hear which products worked, which flavors to skip, how to hit 60–80 grams of protein without nausea, and simple hydration hacks using cucumbers and watermelon when 64 ounces of water feels out of reach.Vitamins are a linchpin after bariatric surgery, so we compare chewables versus capsules, cost trade-offs, and how to stay consistent when your taste buds and stomach change. We also dig into shake strategies—Premier vs Pure Protein vs Isopure—and a mix that delivers 30-plus grams in one glass using protein-fortified almond milk. Along the way, we talk portion realities, trigger foods that no longer sit right, and the wins that keep motivation high. From 421 pounds to 290 and still dropping, this journey proves that structure beats guesswork. If you’re prepping for surgery, rebuilding after, or just need a smart, high-protein roadmap, you’ll walk away with a shopping list, a plan, and the confidence to make it stick. If this helped, follow the show, share it with someone who needs a boost, and leave a review so more people can find practical guidance that works.Carrum Health: https://carrumhealth.com/ProtiFit Foods: https://protifoods.com/collections/proti-fit-protein-productsIsopure Protein Powder: Amazon.com: Isopure Zero Carb 100% Pure Whey Isolate Protein Powder, Lactose Free, Gluten Free, With Vitamins, Cookies & Cream, 25g Protein Per Serving, 1 Lb, 15 Servings (Packaging May Vary) : Health & Household©2022-2026 Soul Healer17:77, LLC. From Hidden Pain to Healing: My Journey with Emotional Eating, Surgery, And Faith: Episode 369
Send us Fan MailThe chair looks sturdy until it doesn’t. The seatbelt looks standard until it clicks past your limit. That’s where our conversation begins—at the quiet breaking points that make everyday life feel like a test, and the moment you decide to fight for a life that fits.We open with the raw truth of public anxiety: booths that bruise, flights that leave legs burning, and the shame of asking for what your body needs. From there, we trace the path into emotional eating—how comfort foods become constant companions, how isolation grows, and why cultural judgment misses the full picture of what people carry. We talk about the invisible struggles you can’t see at a glance—addiction, codependency, stress—and the radical power of small compassion, the kind that starts with a real “How are you?” and waits for the answer. The health choices are unflinching. We break down the lived experience of Adipex (phentermine): furnace-like heat, racing heartbeat, breathlessness, and weeks of sharp irritability. We also share a confusing spiral of hot flashes and shame, and what it taught us about listening to the body without panic. Then comes a turning point: choosing gastric sleeve surgery not as a shortcut, but as a disciplined tool. We get practical about what life looks like after surgery—reflux realities, portion limits, why protein matters, and the hard rule to avoid eating two to three hours before sleep. There’s honesty here about cravings that linger and the small, reliable rituals that help, like choosing safe foods that sit well and being patient with progress.Threaded through it all is faith and resilience. Prayer and spoken word poetry became a lifeline during job loss, housing upheaval, and days that felt endless. The message isn’t perfection; it’s surrender, structure, and the courage to ask for help. If you’re navigating emotional eating, stimulant side effects, or a surgical path, you’ll find both practical guidance and steady hope.If this conversation meets you where you are, follow the show, share it with someone who needs it, and leave a review so others can find it. How Surviving Street Violence, Hurricanes, And Snowy Roads Taught Me To Take Life One Day At A Time, with Chauncey Mays: Epsiode 368
Send us Fan MailWhat does it actually feel like to stand inside the chaos—sirens blaring, crowds surging, storms rolling in—and keep your head clear enough to help? We sit down with Chauncey Mays, a Florida-born cop, former firefighter, trucker, and dad, to trace a life spent where pressure is high and time is short. His stories are raw, funny, and disarming: a jam-packed Easter block party where gunfire cracks through the music, hurricane evacuations that turn gas stations into flashpoints, and a semi skidding through unplowed streets while the clock keeps ticking.Chauncey opens up about the emotional toll of public safety: the calls involving kids, the wrecks that never leave your mind, and the quiet moments when you have to reset before the next dispatch. We unpack practical tools for resilience—fast debriefs with coworkers, the right kind of dark humor, and the discipline to call it when conditions turn unsafe. Along the way, he reminds us why service still matters, from the State Guard’s hurricane support to lifting a stranger out of the sand on a crowded beach. The thread running through it all is a steady creed: take one day at a time, handle what’s in front of you, and don’t let tomorrow’s noise drown out today’s choices. It’s not all heavy. We talk fatherhood, travel in Old San Juan, and even a spirited review of budget-friendly cruises—proof that joy and recovery belong in every resilience plan. If you’re curious about law enforcement realities, firefighter life, hurricane prep, trucking in winter, or how to cope without going numb, this conversation offers grounded insights and a few much-needed laughs. Delivered From Self-Destruction: Faith, Prison, And A Second Chance, with John Vaughn: Episode 367
Send us Fan MailSome stories punch through the noise and make you rethink what protection, purpose, and peace really mean. John Vaughn’s journey starts in the streets of Indianapolis and spirals into fast money, arrests, and a near-death moment that should have ended everything. Instead, he walked away with a question that reappeared at every crossroads: who keeps rescuing me when I’m not even looking for help?We sit with John as he retraces life before and after prison, the lure of quick cash and new cars, and the sharp emptiness he calls the “God void.” The turning point arrives on a front porch: a neighbor says God sent him, prays over John’s ruined shoulder, and years of scans and surgery plans are eclipsed by instant healing. That moment doesn’t just restore movement; it resets meaning. John opens the Bible and finds it alive—promises about protection, provision, and peace that prove steady when shelves go empty and costs climb.Together, we explore how faith moved from vague belief to daily practice: praying and fasting, anchoring in scripture, and refusing to let fear write the story. John talks candidly about reentry, low wages, child support, and the grind of starting over, and how trusting God turned survival into endurance. He names the trap of status chasing, echoes Solomon’s warning about vanity, and shows why building on a solid foundation matters when the world shakes. If you’ve ever wondered whether grace can break cycles, or whether a promise on a page can carry you through a hard week, this conversation offers both candor and hope. Why I Started It's All About Healing and What It's About: Episode 366
Send us Fan MailPain tried to have the final word—through the loss of a childhood friend, a narcissistic breakup, financial strain, a house sold under pressure, even an apartment fire a month after moving in. From War Zones To Meaning, with John Graham: Episode 364
Send us Fan MailA life lived at full tilt can look heroic from the outside—until the adrenaline wears off. John Graham takes us from a freighter at 17 to Denali’s lethal north wall, from hitchhiking through revolutions to a siege in Hue where everything changed. What began as a chase for danger becomes a candid reckoning with purpose, PTSD, and the hard pivot from thrills to service. We trade summit photos for substance as John explains how he rebuilt meaning at the United Nations, pushed for peace and justice across Africa, and helped end apartheid. Then we dig into the Giraffe Heroes Project, a storytelling platform he helped shape with Anne Medlock that spotlights unsung people who “stick their necks out” to fix real problems—whistleblowers, community organizers, teenagers cleaning up polluted streams. John shows why stories move people faster than lectures, and how hearing from someone who looks like you can nudge you from complaint to action. The conversation turns practical and personal: what trust-building actually looks like when your relatives disagree on fundamental issues, how small talk about grandkids opens space for joint work, and where to find common ground on local environmental fights. We also touch on his “Badass Granddad” short videos, where hair-raising scenes become three-minute lessons on courage, patience, and community. If you’ve felt the tug to do more than scroll, this is a roadmap—clear, humane, and born of hard-earned experience.Subscribe for more human stories, share this with someone who needs a nudge toward action, and leave a review to help others find it. After a rough day stacked with work stress, family needs, and an unexpected bill, a tense phone call took an unexpected turn: an apology, a blessing, and a quiet assurance from one woman to another that everything would be okay. That moment of grace didn’t just soothe raw nerves—it sparked a calling to create a space where women can bring their real stories and be met with faith, empathy, and strength. We introduce the Woman-to-Woman community, a faith-based home for Christian women and women in transition who wrestle with guilt, shame, or the fear that their past disqualifies them from God’s love. We talk about the armor of perfection and why it’s so heavy, the scars hidden under polished smiles, and the courage it takes to speak truth in a world that often prefers silence. You’ll hear how empathy diffuses anger, how prayer reframes pain, and how sisterhood can lift burdens that feel impossible to carry alone. We lay out what’s next: twice-monthly meetups, shared testimonies, practical support, and the upcoming Woman-to-Woman Academy designed to deepen learning and accountability. If you’ve asked how to move forward, whether God will forgive you, or where to find safe community, this conversation offers a path. If Bullying Is Legal, What Protects Your Mind, with Andy Regal Part 2: Episode 363
Send us Fan MailBullying at work doesn’t always look like a headline—most of the time, it looks like subtle power plays, isolation, and quiet harm that never makes the news. We sit down with veteran TV executive and anti-bullying advocate Andy Regal to unpack why abuse of power thrives in modern workplaces, how the legal system leaves targets exposed, and what it actually takes to protect your peace without abandoning your career. From Hollywood controversies to everyday offices, the patterns are the same: charismatic high performers shielded by proximity to power, HR constrained by structure, and loyal employees paying the price with their health.Andy shares lived experience from major newsrooms and production floors, plus the evidence he’s gathered while writing Surviving Bully Culture. We explore the difference between illegal harassment and still-legal bullying, the business costs of “brilliant jerks,” and the psychological fallout that lingers as PTSD, insomnia, and shame. You’ll hear practical steps to regain control: documenting patterns, setting firm boundaries, moving key conversations to writing, finding allies, and building a discreet exit strategy before you need it. We also talk healing—why mental health days matter, how community support reduces isolation, and how small wins, exercise, sleep, and creativity rebuild agency. There’s hope here. Real leadership looks like empathy under pressure, not humiliation. Your value isn’t measured by a bully’s approval, and your future isn’t defined by one toxic team. If you’ve ever cried on the way to work or questioned your worth because of someone else’s behavior, this conversation offers clarity, tools, and a path forward. Find My Way Back Home (Spoken Word): Episode 362
Send us Fan MailIf you’ve ever tried to carry everything alone and felt the ache of distance from God, this conversation will feel like a mirror and a map. We start with the raw truth of wandering hearts and the surprising tenderness of a love that keeps calling us home. From there, we step into the clarity of 2 Corinthians 10:5—capturing thoughts, dismantling inner arguments, and rebuilding a mind that can rest in Christ. The goal isn’t to impress God; it’s to live free, with a conscience that’s awake and a spirit that’s steady. We pray through the honest stuff: admitting sin without excuse, asking for mercy, and requesting the deeper work—wash me clean, renew my mind, purify my heart, restore joy. That prayer becomes a practical guide to spiritual reset, moving beyond shame into a rhythm where grace fuels obedience. You’ll hear how gratitude changes the texture of the day, why turning from what harms you opens space for peace, and how small, daily choices form a real road to redemption.By the end, we return to identity: God as home, God as peace, God as the place where we can be fully ourselves. From Meth to Mercy, with Timothy Blaine: Episode 361
Send us Fan MailWhat do you do when your world is shrinking to the next high and the next court date? Robin sits down with her uncle, author and YouTuber Timothy Blaine, for an unflinching, hope-forward story about meth addiction, San Quentin’s HIV unit, and the moment faith rerouted a life. Tim spent 17 years using and cycled through lockups 40 times. Then something shifted. Letters from family reached him. A quiet conviction took hold. He walked out determined never to return to drugs—and 25 years later, he hasn’t.We explore why meth felt like relief during the terrifying early HIV years and how selling on the streets became survival when the system made freedom a moving target. Tim describes the violence that finally broke the spell, the strange calm of quarantine in a converted prison gym, and the first days of believing he could be more than a record of charges. That belief sparked a vocation. He wrote Meth Monster to tell the truth about addiction and deliverance, then built a bold fictional universe: the Love and Gospel Music series, weaving spirits, queer identity, and the gospel industry’s hidden tensions; Epiphany, a listener favorite; and The Label, a ghost story about legacy and the unseen. From there, the YouTube beef sector inspired three sharp murder mysteries—Murder in the Beef Sector, Deadly Wager, and Who Shot the Caller?—probing doxing, clout, and consequences. His recent book, The Battle, pits a relentless spirit against the fentanyl trade, asking hard questions about harm and justice.Along the way, Tim shares the daily rhythms that keep him grounded: serving as an usher, caring for his dog, writing, and showing up online with humor and candor. The through-line is clear: healing didn’t erase the past; it reassigned its purpose. Whether you connect with the faith language or the craft, you’ll hear a roadmap for choosing life over numbness, community over isolation, and creation over despair. If this story moved you, tap follow, share it with a friend who needs hope, and leave a review to help others find the show.©2022-2026 Soul Healer17:77, LLC. Why Your Spirit Must Lead Your Flesh To Find Peace, with Damien Lapsley: Episode 360
Send us Fan MailThe conversation opens in the wilderness—where comfort ends and real faith begins. Robin and Damien get candid about what it’s like when God empties your cup, asks you to carry your cross, and invites you into a life where prayer isn’t a ritual but a relationship. If you’ve ever wondered why the early steps of faith feel harder before they feel holy, this is the map and the company you’ve been looking for.We break down a practical rule of life: prayer that’s honest, fasting that quiets cravings, scripture that speaks in real time, and community that carries burdens. Damien shares how “Men of Discipline” pairs fitness with faith to build self-control and align mind, body, and spirit. We talk discernment by fruit, not by appearances; how to guard your eye and ear gates; and why the armor of God is daily gear, not a metaphor you leave on a shelf. Expect hard truth delivered with warmth: not every open door is from God, not every friend is a friend—some are “sinship”—and quick blessings can come with hidden interest. We also confront counterfeits that mimic light: horoscopes, numerology, crystals, and the urge to “manifest” what patience and obedience would reveal in time. Jesus is not just Savior; He is Lord who leads decisions about work, relationships, and calling. That shift changes language and identity—no more agreeing with labels like anxiety or fear. Instead, we choose fruit that lasts: gentleness, self-control, peace, and joy. When you’re satisfied in Christ, temptation loses leverage. When you’re steady in the word, attacks become opportunities to practice love, quote scripture, and watch darkness flee.Walk away with clear steps to strengthen your signal: read the Bible daily, fast regularly, pray without ceasing, and build a circle that reflects the fruit you want. If this helped you find clarity or courage, follow the show, share it with a friend, and leave a review so more people can discover it. Why Great Employees Get Bullied And How To Reclaim Your Worth, with Andy Regal: Episode 359
Send us Fan MailEver wondered why the people who care the most at work often get punished for it? We sit down with TV veteran and coach Andy Regal to unpack the anatomy of workplace bullying—from the subtle eye roll that chips at belonging to the brazen public barb that marks someone for ridicule. Andy draws on 25 years in high-pressure media and dozens of expert interviews to show how repeated, targeted behaviors with no benefit to the employee or the business slowly dismantle confidence, performance, and joy.We talk about why top performers and team-first contributors are frequently singled out, how mobbing forms when a leader signals someone is fair game, and the difference between tough management and bullying. You’ll hear candid stories of micromanagement, sarcasm in front of clients, and that stomach-dropping “the boss wants a word” summons—and how those moments spiral into anxiety, hypervigilance, and self-blame. Just as important, we map a way out: psychological safety rituals, boundary scripts, positive self-talk to quiet the inner critic, and small wins that restore identity when a toxic boss tries to define you.For leaders, we dig into the real costs of incivility—lost focus, turnover, rehiring, and the corrosive impact of “brilliant jerks.” We make the case for codifying respectful conduct with real consequences, the limits of HR when power is involved, and practical steps to build cultures where apologies are modeled and people can make mistakes without fear. If you’ve cried on the commute, dreaded a “quick chat,” or felt your light dim at work, this conversation offers language, strategy, and hope.Subscribe for more conversations that protect your well-being and your work. Calming Bible Scriptures for Pain and Suffering: Episode 358
Send us Fan MailPain usually feels pointless, but what if it’s a doorway to life when seen through the lens of love? We walk through a series of powerful scriptures that reframe correction, sacrifice, and hardship without softening their edges. From Job’s blessing in divine discipline to Paul’s stark warning that sacrifice without love gains nothing, we trace a path that leads straight to the mocked King in Matthew: a scarlet robe, a crown of thorns, and a staff used for scorn that becomes a symbol of true authority. We share how Jesus’ call to lose your life in order to find it isn’t a paradox for poets; it’s a roadmap for disciples. Philippians and Isaiah anchor the idea that knowing Christ includes both resurrection power and the fellowship of his sufferings. That isn’t cruelty; it’s companionship. The Man of Sorrows carries our griefs, turning misread shame into revealed love. Peter and Paul push us further: taking up the cross is not an optional upgrade. It is the way our minds are armed, our fears quieted, and our desires reshaped toward what lasts. As the conversation unfolds, we hold two scales: present troubles and eternal glory. The scales won’t balance, and that’s the point. Eternal weight far outweighs momentary pain. Out of that perspective comes a current of comfort from the Father of mercies, a comfort designed to move through us into the lives of others. Perseverance produces character; character matures into hope; and hope refuses to disappoint because God is already at work. The closing promise from the God of all grace ties it all together: after a little while, he restores, strengthens, and sets us firm.If this resonates, share it with a friend who needs courage today, subscribe for more grounded, scripture-rich conversations, and leave a review to help others find the hope you found here.Music Information: Listen & Free Download: https://ashamaluevmusic.com/tracks/pl... Quieting Anxiety and Letting Scripture Lead (Spoken Word): Episode 357
Send us Fan MailWhen anxiety grips and every option feels risky, we don’t need a louder voice—we need a truer one. We open up about the restless energy of waiting, the guilt that trails indecision, and the ache of wanting to do right without a clear path forward. Rather than chasing quick fixes, we lean on Scripture as a living guide that teaches, corrects, and steadies the heart when fear clouds our judgment. We reflect on the power of 2 Timothy 3:16 to reframe anxiety as a moment for teaching and realignment, not condemnation. From there, we wrestle with the tension between our will and God’s wisdom, noticing how surrender shifts the goal from perfect choices to faithful closeness. Pain shows up as an unexpected teacher, often steering us away from harm and into protection we couldn’t see. Our prayers move from frantic demands to a quiet request for clarity and the patience to wait well, trusting that timing can be a form of care. Two images anchor the conversation. Psalm 119:105 reminds us that God’s word is a lamp, not a stadium light: enough for the next step, enough to stay on the path. Hebrews 4:12 reveals a word alive and active, able to cut through tangled thoughts and pierce the haze of shame. With that light and that edge, we find courage to rebuke the darkness, choose one faithful step, and rest in the promise that we are not forsaken. If you’re standing at a crossroads with a racing mind, come sit with these verses and this prayerful pace. After seeking training and mentorship from experts in the field, Kelly founded Warrior Bride Ministries where she currently ministers to survivors of SRA and mind control.Kelly embraces the call to unite the body of Christ to become educated and involved in the rescue and healing of our children. She fosters this growth through ministry partnerships, hosting Counting the Cost conferences, and leading presentations at safe houses and other ministries. Her heart’s cry is for all believers to embrace Isaiah 61 by becoming equipped to bind up the brokenhearted and set the captives free. Tired of Pretending (Spoken Word): Episode 353
Send us Fan MailIt’s the armor of perfection I try to put on, the mistakes that I make are becoming my best friend. Those who have hurt me, I have given too many chances and now I pull back and archiveIt's time for me to heal to prevent myself from bleeding out. pretending everything is ok, deep down I feel like I'm drowning. hiding behind my smilesand I can’t stop living in my head. God I'm so tired of pretending to be ok when clearly, I'm not…each day it’s the same thing… I understand that faith without works is dead. It’s the fear that I'm feeling…..the fear makes me want to take control every time I don’t see a way out.. The hardest part of suffering is realizing majority of it comes from my own free will and it seems at time accountability is what I'm lacking mostI feel my heart palpitating and I feel like I can’t breathe. I don’t know what to do next… When I don’t feel you, it may be you testing my faith… but it's also the things I'm doing, Dear God, I'm panicking just help me please? If this is what takes to surrender, then God please just take it all I need you now more than ever, and now I surrender.Stay Blessed©2025 Soul Healer17:77, LLC. All Rights Reserved. He is the way (Spoken word): Episode 352
Send us Fan MailWhat is this emptiness that I feel? I feel so lost right now, just as Jesus died on the cross, a cross that faces North, South, East, and West, strategically telling us that He is the way and that will never change. But this world is so dark and heavy right now, it’s a numbness I feel that I can’t explain. What do I do now? I need your direction. Every time I do what I feel is right, it leads me astray and I need your help… Help me when I cannot see. It's you that gives me the ability to feel what’s right.Fill my cup God, fill me with discernment, fill me with your light, fill me with wisdom, fill me until I’m no longer confused, fill me with your love and warm embrace. Help me navigate through what I can’t explain as you know exactly what I’m feeling… it’s your will that I’m chasing, and yet more distractions get in the way.The world doesn’t want me, but it’s what my heart is pouring outThey say the biggest smiles and biggest hearts feel the most pain… and now I think I finally understand what they mean. But when God blocks a door, just know that door would have led you down the deepest darkest hole where there wouldn’t have been a way out…When we need His light, He closes all the doors that only cast shadows because it’s the devil that wants to keep us blinded and delayedBut there are souls our voices must reach so never stop praising His name, … just as God is our guiding light, He still uses us as His vessel to help guide others when they can’t see a way out. It’s the road to redemption, righting our wrongs, dying to self, and giving Him our yes so, He can lead the way.Stay blessed. ©2025 Soul Healer17:77, LLC. All Rights Reserved. Prophecy and Final Moments Unfolding (Spoken Word): Episode 348
Send us Fan MailThere is no time for fear, only preparation. God is calling for unity and not segregation as He is the tree of life. Some of His children, He is calling home, and what we see as gone too soon, is still a part of His design as He uses our loved ones even in the afterlife. The book of Revelation is now unfolding in front of our very eyes. Reminding us that what He reveals He redeems. It is a leash He has the devil on; He has given him a long leash to wreak havoc on the world. What our eyes are seeing has absolutely nothing to do with what God is preparing, for He always has a plan. What we want isn’t always aligned with God’s will and it’s our eternal souls we must focus onAs we are a product of our past, we are not prisoners of it, Dear heavenly Father please forgive our sins, known and unknown. As we submit ourselves to God and resist the devil, he will flee. Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Revelation 6 introduces the 4 horsemen of the apocalypse the white horse - comes to conquerThe red horse – war… takes peace from humanity causing violence and hate to riseThe black horse – brings famine and scarcity leading us into the vibration of lack,The green horse – deathIt’s the devil that wants to mimic everything bringing about confusion from what we see physically, But it’s God who works in the unseen, spiritually the color green – is healing, black is protection and transformation, white is pure and heavenly, and red, is the blood of Jesus Christ who already has the victory! Just as John 20:7 says, “And the napkin, that was about his head, not lying with the linen clothes, but wrapped together in a place by itself.” Intentionally making all aware that He will return. The pain that we feel is what moves us into position. God sees our needs before they arise and makes provision … there isn’t anything He can’t protect us from…He is our provider; He is our father; He is... the Great I am. Without You, I Am Defeated (Spoken word): Episode 347
Send us Fan MailAt times it feels as though we can look at life through an hourglass, we watch the sand slowly fill the bottom, but it’s far too easy to flip it over and realize now you have less time than you started with… Through Life’s adversities and setbacks… it’s the unseen and unknown that can feel as though time is running out. But it is God who, He gave life a whole new meaning. God showed me love and what if feels like to be loved, as He loves me unconditionally even through all my mistakes, transgressions, and failures. The pain and suffering I have experienced, and the pain I feel when my children are hurting… it’s constantly followed by the thought of what God must feel dailyOver and over as God watches all His children suffer and still having more strength to extend We have all made terrible mistakes, we have all been lost in these storms. And we have all suffered through the pain of wanting to quit as it’s the darkness sucks us in… the darkness itself has a strong gravitational pull and without you God we face defeat The darkness pulls up all the negativity and just leaves it there knowing that it is us who will amplify it. Beware of the optical illusions that you see, it’s the devil who manipulates everything. The darkness works quickly… in life so many of us want to move fast wanting to be 9 steps ahead… if it’s easy, it’s not worth it…. The strength that it takes to keep waiting on what God has shown us… day after day struggling through the pain, wanting to be upset with you, but there you are again showering us with your love and grace… Fighting the flesh alone, I lose each time. Dear God, this battle I need you and only you. Fighting these mental battles, the temptation, and any and everything the darkness brings… this is your battle God … it’s far too much for me to carry on my own. so, I lay all my burdens down at your feet. Keeping the Faith: Episode 340
Send us Fan MailGod’s glory doesn’t always come in volume; it sometimes appears in our stillness. Dear God, it's you leading us by faith and not by sight. Logic is what keeps us blind as faith…tells us what could beOn the first day of creationGenesis 1:3 God said, let there be light and there light was… Although the sun wasn’t created until day 4… day one there was light because God is the Light! When God speaks, He gives birth to reality God looks for our obedience, while we look for clarity and answers. We all want that microwavable approach to life... we want what we want, when WE want it. But that brings us into living false realities and not what we were destined for. We tend to minimize God when we start to doubt what doesn’t make sense to us.Without clarity our impatience grows rapidly, but through our obedience, clarity and understanding will come even though He conceals some of the answers He needs us to seek Him in order to find. He breathes new life into us each day, He restores our trust and renews our strength. When we see defeat, He sees the beginning of a victory. To Believe without seeing and trust without knowing, God will show you who He is through our stillness and faith.Stay blessed.Music info: Crying - Sad Emotional Background Music No Copyright Music Free Sad Music©2022-2026 Soul Healer17:77, LLC. ABOUT THIS SHOW
We share how faith steadied the chaos and why healing is less about being fixed and more about being found. We talk practical res
