The staffing Shortage seems to be continuing.  High turn over, low moral.... Getting to management is... all about... You... and your accomplishments.     Now it is different.  You will be judged by your teams accomplishments.  It is no longer time to put your actions in the spot lite.    It is however time to help your workers shine, and give them credit for their accomplishments.  A strong leader will build up their staff, even if it means they pass you buy.  Its not a threat, it's a testimate to your leadership skills, if someone moves up in your team.

   Many times we have issues at work, we have feelings about.  However we choose not to to tell the boss.   After watching this video... You will have the tools to talk to your boss about anything... Believe it or not, your Boss wants to hear your opinion.
