Why Men & Women Misunderstand Each Other w/ Taylor Conroy

Why does it feel like men and women are speaking completely different languages in relationships? In this episode, I’m joined by one of my best friends, Taylor Conroy, also known as @TaylorLove.co on Instagram, for a deeply honest conversation about the misunderstandings that sit at the core of so many relationships—and why they’re more common than we think. We talk about emotional safety—what it actually means, why it matters so much for women, and why many men don’t naturally understand that need. Taylor shares a powerful reframe on how men can begin to see these moments not as pressure, but as an opportunity to show up in a way that truly lands. This conversation moves beyond surface-level advice and into the deeper dynamics at play between masculine and feminine energy, connection, and the subtle ways we miss each other without even realizing it.Inside this episode:Why emotional safety is a woman’s deepest need—and how her power lives in feeling secure enough to stay in her natural energyWhat happens in a relationship when a woman shifts into a more masculine role, and how that dynamic impacts both partnersHow this pattern creates disconnection, pressure, and the feeling of having to do more or hold everything togetherThe opportunity for men to step into the role of the “hero,” and how showing up in a way that truly lands creates deeper trust, connection, and devotionWhat shifts when both people start to actually understand each otherThis is the kind of conversation that has the power to change the way you see your relationship—and yourself within it.⸻Connect with Taylor:Instagram: @TaylorLove.coSubscribe & Review:If this resonated, follow the podcast and leave a review—it helps more people find these conversations.

Motherhood Is The Motivation with Evonne Amantiad-Williams #37

When I first started the podcast, it was with the intention to have honest, vulnerable, below the surface conversations with people who inspire me. Evonne is one of those women. She was born and raised in Hawaii so naturally we have a lot in common. She is also a mom. She had her son at a pretty young age and was thrown into the world of motherhood without so many of the tools and luxuries a lot of us have today. She didn’t let that stop her though. She used motherhood as the fuel to create and build a better life for herself and her son. She is such a beautiful example of what it looks like when you chase your dreams and never give up. Baby Mama, Baby Daddy with Taylor Conroy #18

Taylor asked me to call this episode Baby Mama, Baby Daddy. Of course I resisted and told him it had to be something about fatherhood and finding your purpose. Buttttt, I’ll admit it. He was right. Baby Mama, Baby Daddy is way more fun. And that’s exactly what this conversation was. We laughed, a lot. Taylor said a few things I was not expecting. Like his obsession with crystals, the crates of amethyst at his house, and a recent conversation with his real life baby mama that will keep you on your toes. We riff about all the important life topics: Psychedelics Conversations with our future children Giving birth (taylor’s jealousy that men don’t get to have that peak life experience) And, the reasons why we both don't like the traditional school system Plus, a whole lot more. I should also mention, Taylor has done some pretty cool things. He’s an entrepreneur, activist, speaker. His first social enterprise, Change Heroes, mobilized people in 80 countries to fund and build 400 schools, water projects, and libraries for 200,000 people around the world. His resume is pretty special. But even above all that, being a dad is what he’s connected to most. Highly recommend finding this man on social media. He has a great blend of comedy, inspiration, and real life value. I’m really excited to share this podcast with Taylor Conroy. Connect with Taylor: Instagram: @tayloraconroy Tiktok: @taylor_money_

A craving to understand ourselves and our connection to our body in a deeper and more intimate way, a craving to feel more connected to our own wants and desires, to feel safe and allowed to speak up, to use our voice, to openly express what we like, what we don’t like and to stop feeling shame for being the sexual beings that we are. EP 9: Betrayal, Forgiveness, Healing, and Divorce with Jared Musser

My babesssss.  Oh boy, this one is heavy for me. This is as personal and raw as it gets. Today, the man I spent the past 13 years of life with joins me on Mama Fire. We are in the midst of the biggest transition I’ve ever been through. To say it has not been easy would be a huge understatement. It has actually been the hardest experience of my life. It has been a ton of letting go, the deepest level of surrender, trusting this is what’s next and allowing myself the time and space to feel it all - sadness, grief, jealousy, loneliness. I hope this conversation allows you to let go of some of the worries, fears and maybe even regrets you’ve been carrying. Because at the end of the day, we’re all human. And we all make mistakes. Even if you’re like me and have to learn the same lesson again and again and again until it sticks, this is how it all begins. The beginning of a new story.  Thank you so much for listening. I love you. Follow me along my journey: @itsdierastory
