    Ngayon naman para sa kulturang Pilipino, ako si Amihan, ang inyong host ngayong linggo! Nais niyo bang makadiskubre ng mga makabuluhang kanta at tula mula sa iba’t ibang musikero at makata? Ang segment na ito ay magsisilbing espasyo para sa iba't ibang pagtatanghal ng mga talento ng ating kababayang pilipino. For today’s episode, ipinagpupugay po natin ang buhay ni Lualhati Bautista, isang manunulat at isang aktibista. Siya ay kilala sa kanyang mga lunsarang aklat na nakasentro sa pakikibaka ng mga kababaihan noong Martial Law katulad ng Dekada Sitenta [‘70] at Bata, Bata, Paano ka Ginawa? Noong January 1, 2020 naman, Lualhati’s collection of poems, Alitaptap sa Gabi ng Dilim was published. Lualhati Bautista died at the age of 77 last February 12, 2023.     Kulturang Pilipino: JULLEBEE RANARA, DIASPORA ni Ermitanyong Hibang (TULA)

    Nais niyo bang makadiskubre ng mga makabuluhang kanta at tula mula sa iba’t ibang musikero at makata? Ang segment na ito ay magsisilbing espayso para sa ibat’t ibang pagtatanghal ng mga talento ng ating kababayang pilipino.Handog namin ngayong linggo ang tula ni Ermitanyong Hibang, isang kontributor sa KM64. Ang Kilometer 64 ay isang ugnayan ng mga makata at mga may nata-tanging hilig sa tula, na ang karamihan sa mga kasapi ay nasa Pilipinas ngunit may ilan din namang nasa ibang bansa. Nabuo ito noong March 14, 2003.Itong tula ay tinatawag na “Jullebee Ranara, Diaspora”-- ito ay tungkol sa overseas Filipino worker na si Jullebee Ranara. Siya ay ginahasa, pinaslang at sinunog ng anak ng kanyang employer sa Kuwait. Ang kanyang labi ay natagpuan sa disyero ng Kuwait noong January 21 nitong taon. Lumabas sa autopsy report na siya ay buntis noong siya ay pinatay. Ang pumatay sa kanya ay 17-years old na si Turki Ayed Al-Azmi. Nahatulan ng 15 years sa kulungan dahil sa pagpaslang kay Jullebee Ranara. Pankingan po natin.
