The remaining two take-aways that we can glean from the story of the shepherds are (in summary):2. Be prepared to hear Gods' words to us. It may be be unexpected! But to be prepared we can spend time in His presence, connecting with Him3. Be prepared to respond to Gods' word. This may be part of Gods' bigger picture! This word and our response, whoever we are, is important to God.
