An inveterate mover, Ariel earned her Master's degree in Movement and Dance from Wesleyan University and moves to music whenever possible. ​ In addition to her private practice, Ariel coaches musicians at The Curtis Institute of Music, coordinates a Wellness Program for surgeons at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, and co-hosts the Pedagogy Geeks podcast. She teaches weekly classes online for seniors, remote workers, and musicians and has created numerous Alexander workshops for communities regionally and internationally, including York Golf & Tennis Club, the Santa Fe Opera, and Alexander Alliance /Tokyo and Aru Quality Pro training programs in Japan. Bob's founding of SHCLLC was not on his radar. He was trudging through life, harried, stressed, had uncontrolled diabetes and was substantially overweight. His life circumstances started taking a toll and he really needed to make adjustments in his life or allow his health to continue to decline Bob was commuting to New York City every day from Philadelphia for years.  The stress of the work, the time commuting, stress at home really compounded the factor  in his deteriorating health. There was zero quality of life.  Sadly, Bob found himself at a crossroads, there was a split on the path. Bob's marriage ended and his path switched to a spiritual path of Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga.  Bob's been practicing both Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga since 2019. Additionally, he went through the Robbins-Madanes Life Coaching Certification so he could do a deep dive into himself. This began a very transformative process. When the pandemic hit, Bob found himself healing Covid Patients through Project Hope for Healing. Today, Bob helps co-lead a Service Healing team created through Project Hope. Our team works on many Covid cases still as well as various physical or emotional cases. Bob will readily admit that when he joined Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga it was for the spiritual aspect of the teachings. But he soon loved the healing aspect of it. As the lockdown continued and as he continued to grow and get a deeper connection to his self, he came to the realization that his soul purpose is to help people through healing and coaching sessions, mediation and for the serious aspirant, helping to guide them to become an Arhatic Yogi.  His inner reflections and spiritual growth and development over the next couple of years made him realize that the corporate way of life, living in that rat race, was no longer tolerable so he founded Self Help Coaching in 2019.  In 2021, Bob retired early from the elevator business and began working for SHCLLC full time.   Since beginning Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga, Bob's life has been transformed. He is self-employed in a business that really helps others. His health and well being has improved. He has dropped 40 lbs.  His diabetes has improved.
