Healing the Inner Child
Many of our adult triggers can be tracked back to undesired experiences that occurred in our childhood. In turn we create behavioral patterns to help us navigate through experiences that left us feeling unseen or ignored or perhaps unworthy, unloved, or just angry and frustrated. How do we initiate the process to heal from our childhood experiences? • In this episode our host are joined by friend of the community and Reiki practitioner, Glecie to discuss our own inner child work. We discuss what led us to explore inner child healing and track when some of our undesired patterns were created. This emotion filled conversation challenged everyone to dive deeper. • Follow us on instagram @thehighway2healing Find Glecie on instagram @inherhealings You can also find us on Youtube at The Highway 2 Healing Podcast
