It doesn't help us; it only harms us, and we are unable to enjoy the journey. The past is where we can have regret, think about mistakes or "should haves", ignite guilt, and sometimes feel not enough. Again, it’s harming us and stealing our present moment. When we can understand and gain awareness, we can break the chain and consistently bring ourselves back to the present moment over and over again.

Join Melanie as she talks about prospecting in a different way, being authentically you. We might not realize we may be walking our days with negative thoughts and feelings about ourselves and in the energy of fear states. What we may not see, is that people feel this and it changes the conversation. We may be experiencing feelings of not being enough, not being confident, in lack and limitation and we are carrying this energy in all our interactions. But what is so profound is that we don't realize that we are identifying with these thoughts and feelings as who we are. Once we see and know that none of the fear states are us at all, then everything begins to shift within. We start removing and releasing all that is not true and not us.  Then we begin to practice being authentic and in love which is who we are, and this shifts everything. The energy you begin to now carry is abundant, "I am enough", confident, grateful, and in LOVE. This is the truth of who you really are. People you interact with will feel this energy and respond differently. This is when new doors open and we begin to grow our teams and organizations. 

Any challenge, obstacle or roadblock we face always has a hidden opportunity underneath that we may not be able to see.    So many times in our lives we hit roadblocks and sometimes we allow these blocks to stop us, keep us stuck and not moving. When we learn to get underneath the problem and find the hidden opportunity by getting curious, we break limited thinking. We find resources, gain new perspectives and possibilities, and open up the doors to greater vision and expansion. We then start to feel a lot more comfortable stepping into the uncomfortable and unknown, dissolving the fears and worries into trust and belief.
