S5: Ep 11 | The Gap Between What You Feel and How You Lead

Your life is not just shaped by your goals… it is shaped by your emotional patterns. In this episode, we’re talking about how the way you relate to your emotions is directly influencing your decisions, your reactions, and ultimately, how you lead your life. Most people think leadership is about discipline, consistency, or motivation. But real leadership starts internally. If you are constantly reacting to frustration, overwhelm, insecurity, or doubt… those emotions are quietly leading you.And not because emotions are bad, but because they are going unchecked. In this conversation, we break down:Why emotions are information, not instructionsThe difference between reacting and respondingHow to create space between what you feel and what you doWhat emotional intelligence actually looks like in real lifeThis episode will help you move from automatic reaction into intentional leadership one moment at a time.If this conversation landed for you and you want to go deeper, join me inside my Build A Life You Love Community. https://www.skool.com/buildalifeyoulove/about

When life feels heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming, spiritual connection can become the anchor that helps hold you steady. In this episode, I’m sharing a more personal conversation about faith, spiritual connection, and why this foundation matters so much when life feels hard. I talk about what it looks like for me to confidently share my Christian faith while also creating a space that feels welcoming and inclusive, and why I believe spiritual connection is one of the most important things we can return to in difficult seasons. We also get practical about what this can look like in real life through stillness, prayer, Scripture, reflection, support, and reconnecting to what grounds you when your mind, heart, or circumstances feel unsettled. If life has felt heavy lately, this episode is an invitation to pause, reconnect, and remember that you do not have to do it alone. If this conversation resonated with you, come join us inside the Build A Life You Love community where we continue exploring the foundations that help you build a life you love from the inside out.https://www.skool.com/buildalifeyoulove/about
