Sin embargo a veces abusan de la comodidad.Las proteínas en polvo son un suplemento para facilitar el consumo de proteínas pero carecen otros micronutrientes que tu cuerpo necesita que obtienes cuando consumes un alimento no procesado.Puedes también recuperar tu peso una vez que vuelves a tus hábitos normales porque consumir solo merengadas de proteínas no es una solución que puedes adaptar como estilo de vida.La mejor forma es utilizar las merengadas como suplemento ocasional. Como antes y después de hacer ejercicios de resistencia. Estos ejercicios rompen las fibras del músculo y el consumo de proteínas te ayuda a repararlas más rápido.Por otro lado toma conciencia de los valores nutricionales del polvo de proteína que elijas, ya que algunos contienen muchas azucares y por lo tanto un alto grado de calorías que puede afectar tu meta calórica del día.Entonces si quieres un cuerpo más saludable la mayor parte de tu alimentación debe venir de alimentos no procesados.
