Have you ever thought of doing something different but you don’t know how to, or you’re afraid? What’s stopping you from doing what you know needs to be done? In this episode, Nadia will have a simpler explanation as to ‘why’ and have some words of wisdom for you start working on it now.She had shared recent experiences that she had when it comes on doing something new. According to her, nothing should stop us on doing what you want. You just have to be confident enough to explore your resources and the people around.  Also, be aware of what the universe is telling you. Are you receiving serendipity or drama? And most important, you've got to feel the fear, acknowledge it and do it anyway.  If you what you want to accomplish still feels out of reach, talk it over with a friend.  Sometimes, clarity comes when we talk it out loud.Once you go for it and start taking action, you start feeling good about yourself.  You suddenly realized you were capable of doing something new. This feeling puts you in great spirit opening the door to more opportunities.Your happiness doesn’t rely on other people; it’s all up to you to uncover and determine if daring something new would be worthy.Again, another episode full of practicality and reality in life. This will surely make you wonder as to what has been stopping us from exploring more of ourselves.
