Send us Fan MailI swore to myself that I would never create a cookbook, because if you’re a regular to this podcast then you would know that I think telling people what to eat in order to lose weight can be counterproductive or  ineffective. However (surprise!) I do have a cookbook coming and in this episode I want to share with you the journey of how I did eventually warm up to the idea, why I chose to go about particular details a certain way and what awesome things are going to be included in it! Tune in to hear more about:• I never thought of myself as a good cook, but knew I was good at decreasing calories and sharing tips.• Why I stopped including how many calories are in each serving for recipes. • My recipes aren’t low calorie for everyone, but they are helpful to a lot of people.• It’s not just about calorie swaps. Make swaps that make sense for you!• Other fun sections I’m going to be including in my cookbook. The cookbook is officially out today!
