La idea de que comer en cantidades pequeñas y más seguido acelera el metabolismo, ¿cierta o no? De eso vamos a hablar hoy, ya que es una creencia que incluso yo tenía y aconsejaba.Mi lógica cuando tenía esta creencia era que el cuerpo necesita estar trabajando constantemente, y cuando tardas más en comer el cuerpo se va a dormir y luego tiene que arrancar de nuevo y eso va a causar que mientras arranca de nuevo no trabajará tan bien.Ahora con todo lo que sé gracias a mi certificado de nutrición sé que lo importante es la cantidad de calorías que consumes durante el día. No se trata de que tengas que comer tan seguido para lograrlo, eso va a depender de tu estilo de vida, conseguir un método que funcione para ti según tus días y tus horarios.Por esto la cantidad de comidas que hagas en el día es algo muy personal y puede variar, para ver resultados solo debes quedarte en el número de calorías adecuado para ti en el día.Hubo un momento en el que tenía que almorzar a las 10am cuando era maestra de segundo grado. En otro momento tenía días muy largos y hacía 6 comidas pequeñas, lo que me ayudaba a estar activa todo el tiempo. Y ahora hago 5 comidas. Todo ha dependido de mi estilo de vida, sobretodo de mi trabajo, he ido reajustando, pero siempre tomando en cuenta mis macros y número de calorías y por eso me ha funcionado mi estilo de vida saludable sin importar el horario.
