#10 Interview with Monster High Creator, Garrett Sander, Part One (ft A Detailed Breakdown of the Toy Creation Process, The Struggle to Incorporate LGBTQ Themes into Children's Content, and the Frustration of Being a Creative in Big Corporate America)

Hey Stinks! Thank you for sitting with us at the Wet Bench! This is a very special episode. Not only is it our first ever interview, it's none other than Owen's childhood hero, Garrett Sander! Together, the three of us uncover the creation process behind a multi-media franchise like Monster High and Garrett offers a brand-new perspective into the creative process and shares his views on what Monster High went on to become. The second half of the interview will be coming very soon! :) CW: This episode is a very laid back and relaxed one. It's an interview, so there's none of our personal stories in this one which tend to be the triggering stuff (I don't know what that says about us?) but just lay back and enjoy the company :) Bret & Owen ~ xoxoYou can check us out elsewhere on…Tik-Tok: https://www.tiktok.com/@wetbench_podcast?_t=8lZqptjreAD&_r=1Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/wet_bench/Twitter: https://x.com/WetBench?t=zLNkDwMiAJ39UaOBZsOZjQ&s=09Youtube: https://youtube.com/@wetbench?si=IYdETTXjkcjar5RjOur cover art is by Daisy Berry:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/daisillu/Website: dasillu.comEtsy: Https://www.etsy.com/uk/shop/daisillu?load_webview=1&bid=6vEpEMnmFnE84E415All jingles made by the man, the myth, the legend Bret himself! For any inquiries feel free to get in touch by our email [email protected] or by messaging us on Instagram.
