Vamos a hablar sobre la mentalidad que tiene una persona del mundo del fitness, y estos 5 puntos o pensamientos que te voy a dar son cruciales para que tengas el poder de hacer las cosas porque quieres y no porque sientes que es una obligación o porque lo estás haciendo para una meta inmediata.“Pensar que estar saludable es lo normal”: Debes querer alimentar a tu cuerpo bien para vivir mejor, hacer ejercicio para tener más energía y sentirte mejor, eso debería ser lo normal. “No lo haces para verte mejor si no para sentirte mejor”: Obvio todas nos queremos ver bellas, pero ve un poco más allá de eso y piensa que realmente lo estás haciendo para tu salud. Y cuando lo empiezas a hacer por ese motivo te vas a sentir distinta y se te va a hacer más fácil.“No existe el empiezo el lunes”: Es todos los días. A diario puedes decidir lo que vas a comer y hacer. Si un día comes más por un evento es normal, no tiene porqué afectarte, porque tu normalidad es comer más saludable y hacer ejercicio. Empieza hoy, todos los días le puedes dar a tu cuerpo lo que necesita.“No son restricciones: son decisiones”“Te apasiona crear un estilo de vida saludable que te dará resultados duraderos”: Esto es un aprendizaje diario. Cada día tienes una meta, y vas poco a poco trabajando para esa meta y cuando la consigues probablemente tengas otra, porque es un aprendizaje constante. Tú eres la persona que puede conocer mejor tu cuerpo, tomando en cuenta también la parte científica de ello, qué tipos de ejercicios puedes hacer, cómo crear tus platos, y con esas herramientas vas probando y tomando decisiones en base a eso y NO en base a lo que le funcionó a alguien más.
