This has been a super potent topic for me as it resonates with me in so many areas of my life and has helped me make some incredible shifts in my health and wellbeing.Super excited to be chatting to you this week about how developing a positive mindset around our health and fitness goals is so important for our overall health and wellbeing. So many of us embarked on our individual fitness journeys from a negative mindset and low self-esteem which is so damaging to our mental and physical health. Over the years I've learned that:- Smaller, leaner bodies are not always better- Hating yourself into excercising is not a health nor sustainable source of motivation- Health and fitness doesn't have to be a 'punishment' but should instead be a way you show your body LOVE- Body composition alone does not give us a full picture of healthIn this episode I share why mindset is the key factor in achieving meaningful and sustainable success in our health and fitness goals.
