    13. Honouring where you are at

Welcome back Glow Getters! Today’s episode is a bit of a raw one as I wanted to share with you all the reality of healing and how not all days look as magical as they appear on social media. It’s important that we all recognise that growth isn’t linear, bad days will still happen but it doesn’t mean we’ve lost our progress or that we aren’t moving forward. When we experience lows it’s important that we honour where we are at and trust that as we heal, so too does our capacity to process new experiences and when we find ourselves responding differently then we know we are truly evolving.  Follow me on Insta: @glowgetherpodcast

    12. Is your screen time too high?

Welcome back Glow Getters for another (extremely unpredictable) episode, this week we are chatting about social media and how I may or may not have had ridculously high screen time reports (oops). Social media has become an incredibly powerful platform for knowledge sharing and education but with the rise in the convenience that technology brings, social media becomes a massive part of our lives and without us realising it, we spend so much time scrolling (sometimes mindlessly). I share a little bit about taking a break from social media every now and then, a 'digital detox' if you will, and how we can start to incorporate a little more consciousness into our lives.Follow me on Instagram (ironic, I know): @glowgetherpodcast

    11. Developing a healthy relationship with fitness

Welcome to another episode Glow Getters! After (yet another) a little hiatus from planning my FIRST EVER women's empowerment event, I am back again talking about self-love and mindset! This has been a super potent topic for me as it resonates with me in so many areas of my life and has helped me make some incredible shifts in my health and wellbeing.Super excited to be chatting to you this week about how developing a positive mindset around our health and fitness goals is so important for our overall health and wellbeing. So many of us embarked on our individual fitness journeys from a negative mindset and low self-esteem which is so damaging to our mental and physical health. Over the years I've learned that:- Smaller, leaner bodies are not always better- Hating yourself into excercising is not a health nor sustainable source of motivation- Health and fitness doesn't have to be a 'punishment' but should instead be a way you show your body LOVE- Body composition alone does not give us a full picture of healthIn this episode I share why mindset is the key factor in achieving meaningful and sustainable success in our health and fitness goals. Whether your goal is to get strong, get lean or just to improve your health, do it because you LOVE yourself!JOIN ME ON INSTA: @glowgetherpodcastTime to Glow Get Her x

    9. Navigate your breakup like a boss

Happy New Year, Glow Getters and welcome to Season 2 of Glow Get Her!This week we are talking about navigating breakups. One thing I've noticed both personally and from witnessing breakups around me, is that collectively we have no defined healing process for dealing with such huge change (this also applies to other forms of grief as well!). After going on my own healing journey and doing the work for myself, I have discovered that there is a huge need for better guidance and support for those dealing with difficult circumstances such as a breakup (that doesn't just include 'getting back on the horse'). In this episode, we talk about why time doesn't heal all wounds and why it is so important that we do the work to heal ourselves and process our emotions in order to grow from our experiences therefore becoming happier, healthier people.JOIN ME ON INSTAGRAM: @glowgetherpodcast

    8. Navigating uncertainty, the fear of failure and embracing change

Welcome back Glow Getters! In this episode we are chatting about the uncertainty of navigating our 20s when it comes to finding our life path and how the pressure to have it all figured out can leave us boxed in. I discuss my journey in learning to embrace uncertainty, failure and change as I find my way in the world and how letting go of the expectation to be successful and have my life all figured out has been the best decision yet.Join me on Instagram! @glowgetherpodcast

    7. It's the stress sis

Today we are talking all about stress! Stress, whilst a natural and normal physiological response, can be quite detrimental to our physical and mental health if not managed. In this episode I dive into my experience with chronic stress and some of the ways it has manifested as various health issues such as anxiety, depression and persistent acne and how I've begun the  process to manage these issues and realign my nervous system. Follow me on instagram! @glowgetherpodcast

    3. You are not your mental illness

Today's episode is all about my personal experience with mental health and some the challenges I've encountered over the course of my young adulthood as well as some of my insights from my personal journey of healing. Please keep in mind this is not advice and does not replace the proper guidance and support of licensed counsellors/therapists/psychologists and will not be relevant for everyone. This is purely a condensed version of my experience (and I do go off on tangents) over the last 6 years so it is important to understand that my journey has not been easy, and getting to the place I am now, has been an incredibly long road. This episode is validation for anyone who may be struggling. You are seen, you are heard and your struggles are valid.
