Under terrorangrepet på Utøya 22. juli 2011 mistet Cathrine Trønnes Lie søsteren sin i tillegg til at hun selv ble skutt to ganger. Etter hendelsen var Cathrine på et mørkt sted i nærmere 8 år, og det skulle ikke bli før i 2019 at hun fikk et gjennombrudd på hvordan hun kunne begynne å leve igjen. Etterhvert som hun fikk skikk på sitt eget tankesett gikk fokuset fort over på hvordan hun kunne hjelpe andre å oppnå det samme. Gjennom foredrag, bok og TV-serie er hun med på å fortelle sin sterke historie til unge mennesker og vise at det finnes håp selvom det kan se meget mørkt ut i perioder. Vinn dagen, vinn uka!
