If you are ready to make a real shift in your body, you must first be open to listening to what your body is telling you. The things you feel and experience are all just signs your body is using to alert you of an underlying issue. Most of the time these can be resolved with a few minor adjustments to your diet, sleep habits, or mindset - however if left alone for too long, this is when chronic illness or autoimmune issues can start to set in. Dr. Leah suggests working with a Naturopath if you’re feeling out of balance and also just starting to work on adjusting your diet and balancing your circadian rhythm and your blood sugars. She has generously added a resource for you to her Tribe Medicine website (listed below) on how you can start implementing these things!Get in touch with Dr.Leah Gordon, ND:Personal Instagram: @drleahgordonBusiness Instagram: @tribemedicineWebsite: http://tribemedicine.com/freeJoin Michelle's New Private Facebook Group and be a part of all her Live events, sign up here: https://mailchi.mp/muvelife/muvingforward
