It’s important that we all recognise that growth isn’t linear, bad days will still happen but it doesn’t mean we’ve lost our progress or that we aren’t moving forward. When we experience lows it’s important that we honour where we are at and trust that as we heal, so too does our capacity to process new experiences and when we find ourselves responding differently then we know we are truly evolving.
