I am sharing with you my one year BOOBIE update since getting my breast implants removed! My explant anniversary is on April 16th, so it has officially been a little over a year since I started my healing journey and I wanted to update you on how life's been post-explant. This episode was inspired by an Instagram post I made regarding my implants a couple of days ago. Nine days after my removal I noticed that 90% of my symptoms were gone. This was all due to my decision to call bullsh*t on everything I was being told in 2009 and follow my INTUITION. Today, I am going to share with you exactly how I felt after removing my implants and what I did to detox my body of heavy metals.
