Cédric Garzuel, picard d’origine, a atterri dans le Sud-Ouest après des études d’ingénieurs à Bordeaux et d’œnologie à Dijon. Après avoir été conseiller oenologique auprès de domaines Bergeracois, il rejoint la coopérative Plaimont en 2002. Il est aujourd’hui Directeur de la cave de Plaimont à Condom, dans le Gers, en charge de la production des Côtes de Gascogne, reconnues en IGP depuis 2009. Je l’ai rencontré lors d’une dégustation de cette appellation qui réserve de belles surprises gustatives et durant laquelle on a évoqué le Piémont pyrénéen, les cépages autochtones 🍇, les dernières tendances du vignoble et le...rugby 🏉.
