Romanée Conti, Vosne-Romanée, Montrachet, Meursault…autant d’appellations qui font tourner les têtes et s’envoler les prix. Mais rassurez-vous, on peut encore trouver des Bourgognes à des prix raisonnables, notamment dans le Mâconnais. Pour nous en parler, Michel Barraud, vigneron, Président de la Coopérative « Vignerons des Terres secrètes » et membre du conseil d’administration du Bureau de l’Interprofession des Vins de Bourgogne (BIVB). Cette cave qui regroupe une centaine de vignerons sur 900 hectares de vignes, produit un tiers de l’appellation Saint-Véran mais également du Pouilly-Fuissé, du Bourgogne Aligoté en blanc, du Mâcon et du Bourgogne rouge.
