With a background in strength and conditioning, Cody has spent over a decade coaching, mentoring, and building programs that shape athletes on and off the field. Whether he’s developing championship teams, leading faith-based athletic training, or helping parents and coaches navigate youth sports, Cody is passionate about using sports as a tool to build character and purpose. His mission is simple: pick people up and take them where they want to go.
