27. Reflect, Review, and Remember: Your 2024 Year-End Process

from LIBERATED · host Leslie Medley

Your Year in Review Part One In this episode, I’m sharing my signature process for reviewing and reflecting on your year to powerfully set yourself up for the most aligned, intentional and transformative 2025. This is one of my favorite tools I've used year after year to reflect on my year in such a powerful way! and I’m so excited  to guide you through it. What to Expect in This Episode: The Framework: I break down my signature year-in-review process, designed to help you reflect, highlight your blessings, and acknowledge the lessons of 2024. Tools You Need: All you need is a pen, paper, and some uninterrupted time to dive deep into this reflective journey. For extra support, I’ve created a downloadable PDF, you can download for free here. Why This Matters: As women, we often rush from one accomplishment to the next, rarely taking time to celebrate or even recognize what we’ve done. This process will help you slow down, honor your growth, and release what no longer serves you. Key Takeaways: Beware of Borrowed Goals: Are your goals truly yours, or are you subconsciously adopting what you see on social media? This practice helps you tune into heart-led desires rather than mind-led ones. The Power of Feeling: Any goal—whether it’s losing weight, starting a business, or something else—is really about how you think achieving it will make you feel. By connecting to that feeling now, you align yourself with your highest self and the woman you desire to become in the new year. Step-by-Step Process: Write down each month of 2024 (January through December) and leave space for reflections. Use tools like your phone’s photo gallery or a journal to jog your memory. For each month, write down lessons, blessings, and what you’re leaving behind. Identify a theme for the month. Final Reflection Questions: At the end of the process, ask yourself: What are my biggest lessons from 2024? What are my biggest blessings? What am I releasing and leaving behind in 2024? Who have I become? Bonus Prompts: What do you want to see more of and less of in 2025? Make sure you follow this process with Part Two where I share a guided meditation to help you feel into your year and embody your highest self as you step into 2025. How to Get Started: Carve out time to fully immerse yourself in this process. Light a candle, grab a warm beverage, and create a sacred space. Download the free PDF of the framework here. Share your reflections! Tag me on Instagram @thelesliemedley with your journal entries or PDF highlights—I’d love to celebrate you! This year-in-review process has been a game changer for me over the years and the many women I’ve guided through it. I can’t wait for you to experience the clarity, gratitude, and inspiration it brings! Let’s honor 2024, the woman you have become and step powerfully into 2025 together. Sending you so much love. See you in Part Two!

Imagine an academy deeply rooted and committed to the classical liberal arts, stocked to the brim with well-known, world-class faculty, and universally accessible. Now imagine it being completely affordable, even free.  This was the vision of St. Albert the Great, father of classical education: an education that is at once freeing and free.
A true and human liberation has always been the promise of an education in the liberal arts. Indeed, for the better part of the last 3,000 years, it was no mystery where one could learn how to cast off the shackles of the world and what to study to achieve that liberated state.  In no uncertain terms, the classical liberal arts undoubtedly served as the intellectual foundation of Western Civilization.
However, we are no longer a society of free men. The tradition of the liberal arts was left behind in favor of a more “practical” alternative.  Many were promised a “liber Inner Light Project: A New Paradigm Of Healing®‬ Gurds Hundal Liberation Alchemist + Matriarchal Expert, Gurds Hundal is a dynamic voice for the modern generation of highly achieving, matriarchal women.
