My guest in this episode is Doug Marshall. Doug is a veteran real estate professional of nearly 40 years, more than 30 of which are related to financing apartments and other commercial real estate. For the past decade, he has also invested in several rental properties. He is the author of the new release Mastering the Art of Commercial Real Estate Investing: How to Successfully Build Wealth and Grow Passive Income from Your Rental Properties.
