#43 Triggered AF

This episode was brought about after I was super triggered after I had read some content online. Normally most things do not trigger me anymore, but when someone is making fun of the spirituality world and the coaching world and you can find resonance in some of the things that you are talking about, it's like WTF. I could see the humour, I could see the nastiness and I could see the questioning in myself. But these triggers are helpful, they lead us closer to the things that we are actually striving for, we get to look at the things that surface that are ready to be released, removed or returned. We cannot move toward something if we are always looking over our shoulder, searching for something else to work on. Stepping into the life we want, the desires we have will bring up the things we need to work on, as we move toward a bigger and greater version of self. Listen in now! __ I’ve burned through enough identities to stop believing in a final version of myself. For a long time, I stood in the middle of reality demanding answers. Reality laughed, lit a cigarette, and left me holding the blueprint. Now I trace the patterns in identity, belief and human behaviour, and talk about what I find. My Ego Says Hi holds all my old podcasts, alongside whatever comes next. Different versions of me speaking from different points in the same life. My books, Money Surge, Body Surge and Love Surge, explore the patterns, beliefs and behaviours that shape our relationships with money, our bodies and love. Together they form the Surge Trilogy, three 21-day protocols available as full audiobooks on Spotify.
