461 AppRiver's Partner Day at Seminole Hard Rock

AppRiver had long been regarded as the flagship organization for their Phenomenal Care, customer service that went well above and beyond in support of their partners and service offerings. After being acquired by Zix in 2019, then OpenText in 2021, I wasn't sure where that phenomenal care had gone. The AppRiver Partner Day, held December 1 at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel, was a first step to reassure us that AppRiver and OpenText were still committed to helping partners grow. One perk for attending the event involved an instructor-led training to prepare for the Microsoft MS-900 Certification Exam focused on Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
