For the past 15-20 years I’ve been researching and learning as much as I can about food, and how proper nutrition has an impact on our optimal health. I share a few personal stories of how nutrients can help with cell growth and how food can both heal but also harm you. We discuss my two favourite key points to optimal health which include reducing inflammatory foods and increasing nutrient dense foods. Both should be adapted into our diets to limit the chances of illness.
