For many of us, self-care and cleansing can come with deprivation, overindulgence, and just straight-up aggression.  If you are interested in cleansing, nourishing, and possibly re-defining this practice take a listen.  It will not only change the energy you put out and what you look like to others, but it will also connect you to your soul soooo deeply that your insides are awesomely blissed out.  Experiencing this level of vibration, of being alive, is a gift to the Creator (whatever you believe that to be.)  What better way is there than to say thank you by supporting and caring for your insides in such a connected way that we get to live and lead what each one of us was personally made to be.  Expanded, Love, Joy, and Purpose. Thank you for listening.  Om Shanti! www.onyxyogastudio.com  www.shannonelliottyoga.com
