54 Hitting RESET on Parts of Your Life

from Less Stress Family Podcast · host Justin and Shawna Wood

The COVID-19 Shelter In Place directives have given many, many people extra time to do just this. We talked in Episode 20 about the Wheel of Life as a tool you can use to examine the different aspects of your life (financial, health, marriage, etc.). Today we discuss a tool that Shawna found online by Michael Hyatt, the Life Score Assessment, that you can do to quantify your self-assessment and give you some good descriptions of what you might be currently experiencing.More important than the tools, tho, is the practice of reflecting on your life and finding which area(s) you want to improve in. The world is experiencing a giant RESET button as the global population is looking at re-engaging with each other. Are you going to be exactly the same after this experience? Would you even want to be? We are all getting a fresh start - bigger than any New Year celebration the world has known.  Where in your life do YOU want to be better? What are you going to do about it?
