#57 Dig Like A Dog

If there is a possibility of food or an insect that my dog can dig out of the ground, he is going to take that opportunity. He will start digging wherever he is if he can smell, sense or see something that he wants. And when it's gone, he stops. We need to dig like a dog. Many times throughout the day we are given sparks of ideas that are thrown into our field. These bursts of information for us to dig deeper into or to simply float on by. But when do we start digging and when do we stop. There are many times that we will follow a spark and it will lead us to a new place of something new and something fun. Other times it could be something that started as fun and we ended up staying there longer than we needed to only because we didn't know how to start digging somewhere else. When you learn trust your own voice and your own intuition, you will dog like a dog. __ I’ve burned through enough identities to stop believing in a final version of myself. For a long time, I stood in the middle of reality demanding answers. Reality laughed, lit a cigarette, and left me holding the blueprint. Now I trace the patterns in identity, belief and human behaviour, and talk about what I find. My Ego Says Hi holds all my old podcasts, alongside whatever comes next. Different versions of me speaking from different points in the same life. My books, Money Surge, Body Surge and Love Surge, explore the patterns, beliefs and behaviours that shape our relationships with money, our bodies and love. Together they form the Surge Trilogy, three 21-day protocols available as full audiobooks on Spotify.
