59: Help Me Stay On Track!

Keeping up with my fitness routine can be a struggle but I've been finding some great ways to keep to my goals. Having a goal Is the first step. In the past I just worked out, I didn't have a certain goal to work towards so I didn't often have a reason to stick with a workout routine. I find when I know what I'm working towards, then I have the motivation to keep working for the goal. Making a plan and creating a routine is also important so that we have something to follow. Having a friend or a colleague who's also interested in incorporating movement is a fun way to build a community while staying fit! Of course having some rewards like allowing myself to buy a new workout outfit is also a major bonus to sticking to my goals. Now it's time I get this downloaded so I can get outside for a walk!
