This is for my followers in college right now. There’s such a massive emphasis on internships and choosing the right path at an early age. Here are my 4 tips for navigating the internship market and how to set yourself up for success: 1). Try something different - get out of your comfort zone! 2). Get a job with REAL responsibilities - not being stuck in Excel all day 3). Relationships, relationship, relationships 4). Work hard. If all you’re doing is stapling papers together, be the best damn stapler that company has ever seen It’s a great time to try new things and get experience before the “real world”.
